"We are new to the area and we are lucky to find a great bicycle shop. Our bikes had not been serviced for several years, and we ride seven or more miles daily." The service tech in Michigan never went over all the details like
did. Everything was carefully inspected, and he told us what we needed and why. There was no doubt we needed everything being done. We actually expected to need two more tires. He did not try to get us to do more or look at new bikes. We took the bikes in on a Thursday, and we're told we'd have them back in 5 days because a part had to be ordered. We got a call two days later telling us the bikes were ready. He got the part in early. The used parts were returned to us. We found
to be professional, friendly, and they do great work. We will continue to use them and recommend end them to others.

"FYI:
is no longer at the "12118 WESTHEIMER RD, HOUSTON, TX 77077" address. It is located at "11105 Westheimer Rd" and" 77042, about a block north of the Westheimer/Wilcrest intersection. Excellent. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

in the time they predicted and everything is working 6 months later.went great. we had a flexible scheduling deal where they could get in when they had some off time. Worked out great, work was done. I gave a B rating on responsiveness, as I had to call 3 times to get an estimate. But when I did get someone to talk to , they knew exactlly what had to be done.

I have filed a complaint on-line with the Better Business Bureau against
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
and have also filed it with
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
, the Director at the Chamber of Commerce in
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
.

My husband rented a mountain bike on 12/31/14 from
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
around 1:15 pm. The owner attached the rented bike rack and mounted the Norco Fluid 7.2 mountain bike with a bike beam after extending the bike seat to accommodate my husband’s height. My husband never touched the bike on the bike rack and was concerned at the time if the bike was secure on the rented bike rack which the owner said it was. My husband then drove to Robbinsville to pick me up to go mountain biking but I was not ready. When I looked out of the front door I saw the rented bike on the bike rack. My husband then drove about 6 miles away to pick up our daughter and friend and pick up our own person mountain bike but when he arrived he noticed that the bike was no longer on the bike rack. As he drove back to pick me up he looked everywhere between the 2 locations but could not find the rented mountain bike. When he was almost at the location to pick me up he found the seat of the bike in the middle of the 1 mile gravel road and got out again to look for the mountain bike but could not find it. We then drove back to
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
to tell the owner (
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
) that the bike had fallen off and was lost/stolen because of improper installation of the mountain bike on the bike rack.
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
said she would talk with her partner and let us know the following day. We rented another mountain bike so we could go biking the following day. When we returned the 2nd rented mountain bike on 1/1/15 at 5:30 pm,
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
told us that she was charging us $1153.50 for the lost/stolen bike and would take absolutely no responsibility for her faulty installation which caused the bike to fall off their installed bike rack. I have reported this to the
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
and Robbinsville police department and filed as mentioned above, filed a complaint against
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
. My husband
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
de Weijer and I are requesting a refund of the $1153.50 and the additional charges that were incurred due to faulty installation.
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
was completely unsympathetic, non compromising, and totally unwilling to take any responsibility for her faulty installation and would not accept solution except to pay full price for this used mountain bike which fell off their bike rack. We feel the charge of $1153.50 by
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
is completely unfair due to the owners faulty installation and absolutely taking no responsibility for installing. As mentioned, my husband never touched the bike after it was installed and never stopped at a place where the bike was unattended.

They have fixed two of my son's bicycle's and also my wife's. They are very reasonable in price and do a great job on repairs. I would use them again and would refer them to anyone. Everyone that works there is very nice.

They listened to my needs well and made changes on the spot. They had a pleasant crew but the supervisor was hard to track down. The work took about 6 weeks to complete.

These guys went over and beyond what I expected they replaced gear cables on both bikes and on one, they noticed that the axle was bent and replaced it with a titanium one and the price was excellent. They did it same day. I would highly recommend them.

The sprocket was ordered at the beginning of
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
with the assurance that it would be within a week. Repeated easing were given for the delay. When it finally came in a month later than expected, the installation went quickly and smoothly with no problems. No discount was provided for the delay.

The service guy carried the bike in from my car - good start. Gave me an estimate of the repair costs, a completion date and I was on my way. The bike was actually done a day early. All repairs were done as requested.

Back on 8/10/2014, I e-mailed (via Angie's List) this provider to do a tune up on my daughter's bike. He never responded. So I used someone else.
2 days ago on 12/18/2014, I attempted contact with this provider again as I wanted to give him another
West Plains Bicycle Repair Provider Name Locked
especially due to all the excellent reviews. (My daughter's bike was vandalized last week and needs repair). I again did not hear back from him so the next day, yesterday, I again wrote him via Angie's List e-mail asking him to contact me. As of today, he has failed to call or e-mail me.
Greatly disappointing.
I have again contacted someone else to do the repair work.
