"I have been seeing Dr. for over five years and he has helped me very much. I highly recommend him. The worst time to be making the decision" as to who is going to be your new psychiatrist is when you need one. Dr. is a good doctor who listens. If I have a problem between appointments I can call in and leave a message. Dr. 's assistant will call me back within the day and we will talk about adjusting my medications, if that is what is needed. Being bipolar, my life is interesting, and a knowledgeable, caring psychiatrist is a must. Dr. Ashok gets an A+ from me.

" is knowledgeable and compassionate, and while she recommended I try traditional pharmaceuticals to overcome my current crisis, she was also" open to discuss and knowledgeably recommend complementary alternative treatments including yoga, exercise, meditation, nutrition, and communing with nature (sun, trees, moon exposure). Such a breath of fresh air, and she is highly qualified and up to date on current issues and research. Such a lovely person and I feel lucky to have found her. Like most good therapists, she does not take insurance, so be prepared to pay cash, check, or PayPal. She will promptly provide a receipt so you can apply for reimbursement.

At this time, it appears that no one has added them to the List by writing a review on the practice. Companies are added to the List by voluntarily registering their profile with Angie's List, or when a consumer reviews their services.

A little online sleuthing reveals that the Reston, Va. Amen Clinic is run by Dr. Joseph Annibali, who does appear on Angie's List. It didn't. The rudeness of the receptionist or scheduler was enough to bring the conversation to an abrupt end. It felt awkward enough to just make the call - didn't need the blatant disinterest and condescending remarks. It's a shame because it looks like this might be a great group of doctors and specialists. Maybe those who call on ...More another day will have better luck. I hope so!

Practice failed to deliver completed evaluation documentation in State-required time-frame of six months. By the time it was finally produced and delivered it was already out-dated and effectively useless according to the government agencies which required it. I was left no alternative but to have a lawyer send them a formal request of release of ...More the documentation in order to obtain a copy for myself. What's worse is the practitioner who'd performed the alleged 'service' had ZERO training in psychology, therefore only a 'casual acquaintance' with my particular, yet quite common psychological disability. He'd also called me about a month after the appointment to [mis]inform that "No further treatment is recommended, at this time." Which as turns out, was NOT to say they weren't 'recommending' treatment according to the evaluation I eventually had to spend half a year attempting to wrest copy of from out of their office! Only, literally, "not ...at [that] time". & that was all I knew of the matter, for HALF A YEAR. I suppose Mr. thought he was doing me a favor by only giving me the supposed 'good news'--at all? Which of course, only made other matters ridiculously more complicated for myself by the end of the year--including having to seek yet another evaluation elsewhere to satisfy the governmental programming obligation.
+ who supposes they provided a professional referral to any qualified practitioners for the treatment I actually needed? = Ha.
In short, I was defrauded by Conifer Park and should've reported the criminal INactivity to my health insurance company at very least.
BEWARE: 'c.a.s.a.c.' certifications do NOT signify any psychological nor medical-doctoral education than you or I probably had in high school 'health class' of reasonable 'practitioner' substance. {A 'casac' may not even possess any better education than a mere g.e.d. =NO 'higher education' whatsoever.} It is a 'certification' conferred by a NY State government agency, which is NOT either the Dpt. of Health, nor the Education Dpt. I.e. it is NOT an accredited college 'degree' of 'higher education' in health care! & yet the state government insists on relying on these 'certificate'-holders to make 'official' determinations which seriously--if not overwhelmingly--impact not only the lives of those they're ostensibly 'evaluating', but their loved-ones and families no less, at very least. As such the entire state-sanctioned 'O.A.S.A.S.-certification' 'racket' should either be done away with or made directly subject to the State Education Department, as a matter of otherwise glaringly obvious, systemic civil rights abuses at this VERY late date.
Oh, but otherwise, of course, their counselor was quite 'friendly', if only that actually translated to any reasonable quality of 'health care', or that he, personally had any official decision-making authority of fair discretion as opposed to performing pre-mandated assessments by the numbers, based on grossly over-simplified 'official' questionnaires which could've been writ by a precocious 12-year-old.
My 'evaluation'? =yet another 'mental health factory' to steer clear of, if at all possible.

For almost a year, he was rude, short, made me feel like I was a to him, told me on numerous occasions that HE WAS GOING TO FIRE ME from his practice. He is all about money...that is ALL he cares about...he is not a caring Dr. who wants to get the diagnosis right. He took away all my meds that I had been on for 12 years and ...More put me on news meds, HE diagnosed me wrong, and therefor made things worse for the next 8-9 months. I recently went back for a check up and it was the last straw. I waited for over 25 minutes in the waiting room, when finally "called" back he came to the door ...looked at me and said.."are you here to see me?".....Ummmm ....Yes...SO, I followed him. He never shut his door, HE had to ask my name...had NO clue who I was...He looked disheveled and undone. I didn't want to talk to him that day and should have followed my gut and walked out. I didn't...he questioned me about meds...I had been in Illinois with my sick mom for over a month, while there one of the meds he put me on nearly killed me (seratonin syndrome) I was in nursing and know the symptoms. I was on this for sleep, so immediately STOPPED this medicine. I went back to the drug he had me on previously...which was valium. When i told him this, HE LOT IT...started losing it on me, yelling and telling me to give him the bottles that he was going to put water in them and put them in medical waste and that If i wanted to pretend to be a dr. I didn't need him for one....I knew then that I WAS DONE...I let him finish his rant...i was NOT going to cry....He was not going to make me CRY....So...he did that...stomped out put water in my meds put them in medical waste, and came back....to tell me I had wasted his time that this appointment * mintues was too long and that it should have only taken half the time...OH BOY...I pay 60.00 copay what does my insurance pay? I was so hurt, and angry...then he walked me out NOT even finishing the appointment, never asking me how i felt, or how i was doing on the other NEW Meds...it was always a new medicine with him....Just kicked me and told me that I HAD To go out the back door, I told him that I wanted to go out the front door as i had parked in the front of the office...HE told me in a very very nasty voice...WALK AROUND...wow....I was shocked...and another funny thing...the review computer in his office is ALWAYS unplugged...always...his staff hates his...ask them? They cannnot stand him, they are there as employees of Florida medical...not HIM. HE needs to go....far far away. It took THREE therapy sessions to unDO what he did to me that day! I DO NOT recommend him to anyone. I would not take a pet goldfish to him! I mean it with all my heart. He says he specializes in kids...NO WAY!!!!!!! HE is money hungry that is all....

We set up today's appointment to review how I was doing on my meds. When I arrived I paid my co-pay and sat to await my appt. A few minutes later I was called back to reception and told that I had a balance due from my last visit and that today's would not be covered as I had been diagnosed with an SMI (serious mental illness), and it was ...More not covered by my insurance. So now I was having to pay them close to $400!! I was going to wait to discuss it with the doctor, but as I was finishing with my payment, he was just then coming in the door and called back another patient who had been there prior to me. The only problem there was that I was on time for my appt. and it was now 10 minutes after my appt time and he was just now calling her back?!!! I only went here in the first place because I thought they might be better at prescribing meds for depression than my primary care doc who consulted with my regular therapist (psychologist). I already know my diagnosis which is minor depressive/anxiety disorder and have confirmed that this is not considered to be a serious mental illness but rather a minor one that countless people suffer from. I ended up just leaving because I did not have the time to wait around for him to finish with the patient ahead of me or I would be very late for work. Be very careful if you decide to seek treatment here. Make sure you are clear with the staff what they are attempting to bill for as far as diagnosis codes go otherwise you may find yourself out a large sum of dough.

He is extremely arrogant and self righteous - his secretary (I think his wife) similarly so and probably the worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had - I would have died if he and she were the only medical offices - I normally give good reviews and this one is scathingly bad - sorry doctor - get your act together or retire - now
- Robert D.

See above remarks. I would recommend Dr. Georgieva to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and always current regarding the various medications and treatments available. I consider myself truly blessed to have such a wonderful physician. I receive my treatment at her office at Cedar Valley Psychiatry, 4755 Linglestown Road, Suite 402, Harrisburg, ...More PA 17112, 717 967-8288

She was indifferent. Kept changing my meds over and over again. So i kept having side effects from the changing of the meds. She was insensitive, and talked to much. She was never listening and i had to repeat myself over and over again. She couldnt remember what meds interacted with one another. She would answer phone calls during your session and eat her lunch.
- Jessica G.

Dr. Zimberg is friendly and punctual. He remembers who I am from visit to visit, and I generally only have to see him for checkups these days. He helped me in finding sustainable treatment for Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia, both of which were beginning to severely limit my ability to function when I began treatment. He's professional. He listens. ...More And he talks to you matter of factly. I definitely recommend him.
