I have hired this company twice to unclog the bathroom drains. Long hair and ancient plumbing means that at least once a year, the bathtub needs a a thorough snaking. Pro-Drain has been prompt, professional, clean and effective both times I have hired them. Plumbers have a reputation as a grumpy bunch but, these guys show up happy to help.

Charged $676.00 to replace a customer provided kitchen faucet in a home owned by my wife and her disabled brother. Our home warranty program indicates it should have been less than $300.00. In my opinion, they took advantage of my wheelchair bound Brother-in-Law because they could.

Drain Cleaning reviews in Warrenton

Stay away from this one folks. Firm appears to be one overwhelmed guy with good intentions but a lack of organization and follow-through.
In my situation, I scheduled the work with him 10 days in advance. On the repair date, he had forgotten about the appointment. When I called him to check status, he was 'busy with an inspector and other clients' the rest of the day. He called a

- a fellow independent I assume - who came and did the work.
New guy would only take cash and would provide no receipt (anyone from the IRS out there? :) Said that

would settle with me since the booking was made through him. I was not provided with anything for days and messages to

via Angie's List were not returned.
The only reason this provider didn't receive and "F" rating is that the guy who actually did the work showed up mostly on time and did an OK job at an OK price.

Bottom line is, the technician acted unprofessional and wasted over 3 hours of my time diagnosing a problem that should have been a lot more
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
We had a strange smell coming out of our bathroom water faucet. Our appointment was from 8-9am, the technician arrived at 9:15, which wasn't bad. He could not smell the smell our whole family did. It was a unique smell, not quite sulfer, not quite natural gas, but something in that category (so it was hard to describe, you really had to smell it to know what it was).
The entire ordeal took 3.5 hrs of him trying different faucets, going under the house, speculating about the many possible scenarios it could be, calling his boss 2-3 times, but not actually diagnosing the problem. When I asked him to keep trying because I didn't want to pay a trip fee for him to not diagnose the problem, he got impatient, raised his voice and said "if I can't smell it, I can't smell it!"
Finally, after almost 3 hrs he asked me if it was only the hot water, which of course, I wouldn't have thought to consider (our faucets have the single handle that goes from hot to cold, so when you pull it up straight, you get a mix). With pure hot water coming out of the bathtub, he could finally smell it and diagnosed it as a bacteria in our water heater. When I asked if it was toxic, he said, again, impatiently, (as if I should know) "uh, it's just a smell!" (as if "just a smell" means it's not toxic.) He wrote an estimate for $375, but did not break down parts and labor, said I had to call the office for that. I'm glad I let him leave. When I called the office for the breakout, they said only the technician could tell me that. I later called the water heater manufactorer who quoted me $50 for the premium version of the part. This may have been an outlier incident, but there are too many plumbers in town to take another

All in all, best plumbers around in my opinion. Had one major problem and 2 minor ones that they fixed while here because they were so quick with the chief reason they had time to take care of the other minor ones. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, further explained what they were doing at the time and concluded with follow-up explanation for the completed job and outlined what we needed to do on our end to maintain and service the issues they resolved. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and prices.
Major job: I called because of a problem with water in our basement. They arrived promptly as promised and immediately started their work. They accurately diagnosed the problem due to an external hose (bib) that was leaking. The water leaked passively when off and actively when the hose was turned on evidenced by water accumulation in our foundation walls and basement. They had to work with a difficult situation where there was no access to the hose bib from the outside or inside of the house due to previous owner not planning ahead for access when he built the addition (poor planning). They ended up cutting out an access panel in basement ceiling. Cut and capped old pipes. Replaced and relocated new pipe/hose/bib in better location (to minimize future problems with freezing and access). They (

Had to cut into siding, insulation and floor joists just to get access to problem hose/bib. When complete, they not only restored but made improvements to existing pipes/walls.
Minor job 1: replaced toilet tank parts. What would have taken me at least an hour,
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
did in less than 10 minutes with no delays or issues whatsoever.
Minor job 2: slow draining sink -

snaked the drain without being prompted and was in and out in short order.
Post-work: they cleaned up and left the work areas in better condition than when they arrived. Needless to say, that was the cherry on top of highly skilled and professional work completed.

did a good job and was priced lower than two other contractors I contacted. One of the other contractors mentioned potential complications and possibly higher costs due to the potential of more work needed once the work started.

ran into none of that. The price quoted was the final cost. Good job!

did an amazing job, I had a previous plumber come twice for more money and they still didn't fix the problem. He fixed the problem within an hour for a great rate! We will definitely use him again for our investment properties and for our home.
Very Hard worker and works fast and efficient.
I highly recommend! A+++, 100% happy!

I had used
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
and A Snake for the past couple years primarily to clean drains in my previous home and had thought they did decent work at a fair price. I had also recommended them to previous neighbors, and friends and acquaintances and now I am withdrawing those recommendations. When I hired them for the above work, I was under the assumption that they charged by the hour, and was not told differently when I scheduled the work. When
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
arrived it took him about 15 minutes to get ready to actually begin the work, and had me sign the paperwork before he started, which I thought was simply giving him permission to do the work, nor did he discuss what the charges would be for the individual jobs. I had EVERYTHING out of his way so that he could have open access to the work areas. It took him over 2 1/2 hours to complete the work, and when he presented me the bill----including a Senior Discount---I nearly fainted when I saw the total amount was $404.03. The charge to install the faucets was $170 EACH, 2 1/2 times what the small faucet cost, and $50 more than the cost of the kitchen faucet. After he left and I checked what he had done, I realized that he had opted not to install the new drain plug which came with the small faucet, and had left it in the box. It should have been obvious to him at the time that it needed to be replaced, as it was barely moveable, and replacing it with the new faucet would have made sense anyway. I also discovered that when he replaced the part in my master bath toilet tank, he did not bother to drain the tank and clean out the many black, corroded pieces that had come off the old piece over time. Those pieces were getting under the flap of the old one, and that issues continues. They did send him back to install the drain plug, but completely discounted my concern that the rusty corroded chunks are still in the master toilet tank. As I write this,, on 24

2014, I am having issues with both toilets-----master toilet I've realized is very slow to refill ( valve is open), and the guest bath toilet makes a "flushing" sound from time to time. When I called after the work was done to express my shock and concern about the charges they tried to
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
all the blame on me, that I had signed the paperwork before he started the job, and therefore I am not anxious to call them to take care of the tank issues. The
Warrenton Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
I talked to, for all intents and purposes, pretty much hung up on me. I since called three other plumbers and got phone estimates of the exact work that was done and those bids were from $250- $270, which is the range I had expected to pay.
