The appointment went well. Office environment is clean, bright and professional. Office staff is prompt and courteous. I would say she is easy to talk to, very knowledgable and is a good doctor. She has been my doctor for 22 years and I am happy with her.

He has a good bedside manner. He explains his rationale behind things and what my options are for treatments. It is a laid back office. Scheduling an appointment is great and I was able to get seen the same day I called which was really nice.

Wonderful doctor, someone I'd recommend ! Has the patient's best interest in mind, really listens to any and all questions and concerns without making you feel stupid or like you shouldnt have asked. Takes as much time as you need to explain and understand things. Love him...highly recommend!

First the staff booked me with the wrong doctor, and the wrong time, so they had to work me into the schedule which meant that a regular 45 minute (no joke or exaggeration, this office has always been awful with wait times) wait turned into a 90 minute wait. I signed in under who I was suppose to be seeing, and rather than inform me that I was not seeing that doctor (because they misbooked) that receptionist just crossed the name off and didn't let me know, so I waited to be called, and 30 minutes went by and I was not called up. She didn't inform the other receptionist, nor let me know that I was not seeing that doctor, she just crossed me off the list and let me sit there waiting for nothing.
The receptionists were completely rude and unprofessional. I was in a whole lot of pain and informed them of it... not a whole of compassion or warmth for paying patient that is ailing.
The nurse asked a series of questions (my spouse was in the room listening, never saying a word.) The doctor came in and asked a question that the nurse had marked yes for that I had said NO for, big mistake on the nurse's part as the doctor was ready to diagnose simply by what the nurse wrote down (UTI.) She pushed on my belly, ordered blood tests, x-rays, and CT scan. This was the biggest waste of time and money. As it turned out to be something that any seasoned doctor could have figured out based on my symptoms alone.
Earlier in the same day, my spouse went in for calf pain, he stated this same doctor did not even touch him, wrote his symptoms down and wrote a script for antibiotics and ordered a very expensive ultrasound. It turned out to be a cyst on the knee requiring no antibiotics!
This office is terrible.

This is an update... Yesterday I received in the mail an EOB for this exact visit. The claim was either never processed when it was suppose to be, or they refiled the claim, either way, this is a huge mistake on their part as the insurance rejected it because they waited past 90 days to file. Talk about incompetent. Plus there are several .01 cent charges that say "misc." next to them. A penny? who bills insurance for a penny? and what in that office costs a penny? very weird. Where I previously marked "B" for billing. It has been changed to an "F." What makes them think they can hold on to a claim for that long and expect to get paid? This whole visit has been one long nightmare. At any rate, avoid this clinic at all costs.

She is amazing. I am going to her for 3 years. I think we were the first 50 in her practice. She has just come out of school. What impresses me is that, Dr.

I've been going to them for nearly 30 years, and I've been exceedingly happy with their care. Virtually all of the staff and physicians are top-notch and highly knowledgeable, they're thorough and personable when meeting with me, and they really listen to any feedback that I provide them. Furthermore, the practice is very integrated and computerized which means that the doctors I see have access to all of my records at once. The only issue I have is that their billing is cumbersome and confusing at times.

He has a good staff and I have had to wait 15 or 30 minutes before because he had an emergency to deal with. They have good communication. He is very thorough.
