Business Description: At Back Pain Center, we provide care for a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions with an emphasis on conservative non-surgical treatment of back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Our goal is to give every patient excellent service while getting them out of pain as quickly as possible. We aim to educate our patients about their injuries or conditions in order to motivate them to be more active in their care and achieve a pain free lifestyle. We work with many physicians in a referral network that includes orthopedic surgeons, physical medicine specialists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists and primary care physicians. We will communicate on an ongoing basis with your primary care physician to let him or her know how you are progressing with your care.
