"We stopped at the Father & Sons Carpet two weeks ago. Picked out the carpet we wanted and made an appointment for the 5 rooms to be measured. Within one week" we had all our carpet installed. Can't say enough good things about the fellows who did the work - very courteous and helpful. Within 4 hours the old carpet was removed and the new carpet installed. The place was clean and the furniture was returned to their rooms.

"So happy I found this place. Was looking for a large plain area rug or bound carpet remnant for bedroom. They have quite a few carpet remnants. I found the perfect" color and they bound it for me. This is a family run business. They are very friendly and provide excellent customer service and quality. Both father and son extremely knowledgeable. Nice to keep the business local too. They have an amazing selection of rugs, any shape and color. I think the quality and price are hard to beat. Also be sure to see the gorgeous hand made pillows, at very reasonable ($25) prices. I will definately buy my rugs or carpet at

use peanut butter (really, use it right out of the jar) or mineral oil or vaseline. any of these types of oil will get the gum, will not harm your carpet, and can clean up with soap and water. the other alternative is to very carefully cut it out with a sharp razor knife or a hobby knife (better, has more control) and then a carpet rake. it may take a little extra work to remove the gum using oils or knives, but, it will remove the gum.. also, try "goof off". they make a water based product now. i've been doing apartment maintenance for 28 years and have learned a few tricks and old time remedies. try the products in an inconspicuous area and clean afterwards to satisfy your apprehensiveness. it won't hurt my feelings at all. i felt the same way when i heard it.

From the on-time arrival of the Technician and the unique and impressive vacuum truck, to his ability to explain the equipment and process, to his care of my home and furnishings, to his impressive knowledge of the operation of the equipment--I knew that I had chosen the right company to clean my air ducts! The Tech showed me the larger items he found in the ducts, pulling out a small child's ball, pencil sharpener, and piece of wood. My real appreciation of their service came when the Tech removed my old furnace filter showing me all of the grit, pieces of plaster and dust bunnies in it! The Tech then sealed the suction holes in the air duct, carefully cleaned up and stored the tools. He was a very conscientious person and a credit to

Came out exactly as he described it would. Indicated early on some problems spots which were understandable with wear. Very satisfied with the result, schedule and overall customer service.

I received a call that they were on the way. They arrived right on time and didn't waste any time getting started. There were two men who were very professional. They were very thorough and finished in a little over an hour. I was advised not to walk on it with shoes for a few hours, and to set the AC fan for "ON" to help it dry. It smells so fresh now, even with 3 cats.

The provider was highly skilled and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He gave me a run-down of what's best to use on a stain when it first happens. He prefers the use of a wet cloth dipped in salt water to treat any stain. He would prefer we leave the stain removers to remove themselves. The most difficult stains were those where I had used stain removers. My dog recently acquired a small cut on his front paw and tracked blood on my carpet. I dipped a rag in salt water and the blood stains came out completely. I was amazed.
So not only did the provider do an exceptionally good job, he gave me exceptional advice about stains and spills that may happen in the future.

These guys are great. Responsive to calls, gives a good price (not cheap) and quality work. I'm going to hire them again this Thursday. I have about 3 large area rugs, 2 med, some small hallway area rugs. They come in clean - it's fast drying and last for a good 6 months (I have pets and a teen).

Employee was courteous and prompt. He informed me when he was on his way, which I always appreciate. He did a good job on the carpets- especially considering the low price. My address is out of their normal service range but they were happy to accommodate me anyway.
My only complaint was the upsale at the end. I had pointed out several stains that he had to address and he said those would be an additional charge. That was fine, but when it came time to pay the additional fee, he wouldn't give me a price. He asked me what I thought it was worth and that made me uncomfortable. After going back and forth a bit, it was clear he wasn't giving me a number so I said $20 which he accepted. I have no idea if that was reasonable or not.

I never write reviews but I’ve never had as awful an experience with a company (of any kind) as I did with these people. I want to start with the end and let you know that the manager told me he would not give me my promised refund if I wrote a negative review. I won’t be blackmailed, the truth is worth more than fifty dollars. I wanted my AC ducts cleaned and called multiple companies to come give a quote. Sunny and his assistant came and looked at my system. Sunny explained that I needed all of my air ducts replaced and that his company could do it for a fee that was, of course, much higher than just cleaning. No one else had told me I needed to replace my ducts. Even though they had a lower price for duct cleaning, I didn’t like how much they bad mouthed any/all other duct cleaning companies and felt like they were upselling me on the duct replacement.

was the last company in my attic. When the company I did choose showed up for service the technician immediately called me into the attic and showed me an enormous, ragged tear in the insulation around a piece of duct work. I recently bought this house and have had multiple different service companies in my attic, this damage was NOT pre-existing. I did the logical thing and called

since they were the last folks up there. Sunny called me back and the conversation quickly turned into him shouting at me about how honest he and his coworkers are and that some other company must have done this to frame them (which makes absolutely no sense). When he wouldn’t calm down I told him I would speak to his manager going forward as I didn’t think I deserved to be yelled at. When I spoke to the manager,

also said he would send someone else out the following week to assess the damage. He called the next day and said they wouldn’t fix the duct and he would only send the refund once he had an email from me confirming I wouldn’t write any negative reviews. PLEASE take heed of negative reviews! Please

’t even call these guys. They are liars and I’m so furious that I ever let them in my home. This really is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company of any kind.
