"The paint is chipping off my car where they painted it. I had prior issue with them for scratches on my hood, but they denied fault. So, with out proof , we had" to deal with that.
's Paint Job is the worst job ever. They have been in business a long time so I assumed they did quality work.

-Elaine M.

"Overall went well. I think they were nice and professional. Price inline with other body shops. The main concerns I had were it was supposed to be a 2 day job." But it actually took 5 days. On the 4th day when I asked about the molding it had seemed as if they forgot to do it. The molding was not part of the original work order but was added when I dropped the car off. So not a surprise that got overlooked. I would use them again.

You could have paid a little more per month and gotten a lower deductible policy. The deductible is the amount you agreed to. To "get out of it" it is breaking the law. You probably thought, like we all do, that nothing will happen to me, so I'll get the cheapest per month. I think that's what most people do, so you're not alone there.

See if you can make  a deal with the repair company; they may let you pay a little per month. The repair shop may be your best best bet in getting some sort of "deal". Nothing illegal, of course.....

Next time though, think about paying a little more per month for a little more ins. (One-day less fast food lunch, or movie night, or smart phone, etc) and you can reduce your deductible quite a bit.
Hope that last paragraph doesn't sound too judgemental, it's what I'd tell my son or daughter. (Before they bought the crap insurance in the first place, if they'd only ask, right?)
Too late now though, just live and learn.

Auto Body Repair reviews in Osage Beach

They did the work they quoted. They were about $600 higher than another estimate from a good rated company. I had the work done by them because i had to pay the $1000 deductible anyway and I thought they might do a better job. I noticed later they missed part of the damaged grill that should have been replaced. I never called them back since I didn't see it until 2 months later.

's price was not the lowest, but once I learned that other companies don't vacuum the glass from the door panel as he did , I chose to go with his company . He was concerned that glass not be left in the car and cause injury . Or in the door panel , which could damage the window regulator . I was told they vacuumed the car/door out ( four times !) , to remove as much glass as they saw . Needless to say I was very pleased , with their concern for my safety and with all aspects of service to my car .
Thanks, Mr.

Paint job on the replacement parts was excellent, with a match to the rest of the vehicle that seems perfect. On the previous order last year, Mr.

was willing to do some detail work on an aging vehicle that effectively gave it a complete makeover. I strongly recommend his work.

painted my classic car. I did all the fiberglass and body work. Two part primer and block sanded. Just needed them to paint it. Basically they did a bad job overall. They blamed the car (because it was fiberglass) for the trash in the paint. The painter was sanding on something outside of the paint booth and then walked into the paint booth. When I confronted him about this, and about the fact that he was not wearing a "paint" suit, he said it's too hot to wear that. Ninety percent of all trash in a paint job comes from the painter. After this instance, they basically waited me out. A one month job took three months. Overall just bad. Do not use this company. I have also seen how they fix insurance claims. If it's a fender that needs repaired, it is painted right next to another part that is being worked on -- Not in the paint booth. If your a Car Guy/Girl (CGG) then do not go there. If you want a good laugh and a pick me up when your car needs a repair, then go get an estimate and ask to be shown around the shop. It will make you feel better because you will get a good laugh ... Then go somewhere else. Oh, and on your way out just smile and politely say "thanks but no thank you". They'll know your a CGG (and we are united, cause we will take time out of our day and at a hectic moment in our lives (needing to get our car fixed) and you read this on Angies List. If enough CGGs start holding these shops accountable, then they will hopefully change the way they conduct business. CGG's we can stand together and make a difference. Good luck and God speed.

it was great. and quick turn around. I also brought my dads wheel chair over for repair. they fix all kinds of HANDICAPT wheel chair lifts and alike. a complete shop. I like that. they specialize in the complete repair.
- antone F.

Everything went smoothly and timely. They even touched up some major scratches on the car exterior. paint matched well and you could see the retouching but it was an improvement with out additional costs.

Hands down BEST Body Shop I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately this is the third body shop I have had to use in the last 18 months. This is the first one who took the time to explain the risks in his estimate, kept me informed along the way and actually came in UNDER his estimate!! The work was very high quality - impossible to see that any damage had been done and even addressed a couple of small dings that was not part of the scope of work. Definitely will be the body shop that I will use from now on!!
- Nancy T.

They give you a tour of the shop, or tell you to look around at all the cool projects. The shop manager is a good guy. The problem is the

artist shop owner “

” who has no problem ripping off his customers. Personally I can tell you that from my experience, I dropped off my car and I was told I would be contacted with an estimate. It was very

things like an oil change, change a hose, and tightening up a few bolts. I asked for an estimate and I was told it would take a day or two. Then I get an email saying the work is all done already and attaches an $750 bill! I question it naturally, and the owner's response was that he practically was doing me a favor by charging me so little. How is this guy in business?? I can confidently say based on my personal experience that

CORVETTES & CUSTOMS RIPS OFF HIS CUSTOMERS!!! Not only did he stick me with a huge bill, the work wasn’t even done!!! I asked for 1 hose to be changed - and it didn't even get done. The same leaky hose is still on car, almost $800 later. The garage does have some decent people working there (who should leave and move on to better things). But learn from my mistakes,
Osage Beach Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
’t be a victim to this CHEAT and take your classic car business elsewhere. The guy says he wants to deal in cash and if you want to pay with a credit card, he tacks on an additional hefty percentage. In Dallas you have lots of options, and I would do everything to avoid dealing with this shady character. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
