I called them at 1:37pm and the phone rang approximately 7 times before being picked up. I heard a bunch of garbled noises in the background like a child had picked up the phone or someone answered not realizing someone was on the other end. I then received a return call from the same number. When I answered, the same representative I had been dealing with responded "I'm sorry I missed your call." When I proceeded to ask for an ETA for my services, I was told that I was not on the schedule for the day. I asked for clarification and the rep refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake and blamed me for "getting a little confused". I referred back to our previous conversations and how she originally mixed up the dates during the confirmation call and again she deflected any responsibility by blaming it on me, the customer. I then asked what is the earliest time she could reschedule me or can she squeeze me in today. She placed me on a LONG wait time while she "tried to figure things out.".
I immediately grabbed another phone while on hold with National and contacted Groupon's customer service. I explained the situation and asked Groupon is there any form of recourse in these types of situations. While conversing with Groupon, National's representative came back to the phone. I asked the Grouopn rep if I could place on her speaker so she could hear the level of unprofessionalism from this vendor. She agreed and listened in.
The National Duct Cleaning rep started rambling on and on about how if someone cancels or if she can get someone to take my old slot etc. In short, she couldn't get me formally scheduled until another 2 months! The Groupon rep gasped in disbelief and immediately offered to cancel the Groupon and credit the funds back to my Groupon account. Obviously the Groupon rep is an objective party and was appauled at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of urgency to address the issue. I then turned my attention back to the

Lastly, it sounds like this may be a local family owned business which I try to support on a consistent basis.

I believe your representative may be your wife, sister, daughter or whomever. Please inspect from time to time and get some feedback from your clients about their scheduling experience. By the sound of things and how comfortable this representative was in her unprofessional approach, there's no way I'm the first person to experience this level of poor service.
Overall extremely happy with the service and will use again when it comes time to replace my 24ft long
