"Dr.
is a very caring and kind Dr. He takes all the time he needs to help you understand the disease process along with any and all tests and treatments needed." I am and will continue to see Dr.

"I arrived and had to wait a while. The staff was rather uninterested, but all of that was worth the wait when you consider how caring and professional Dr.
was." He took a great deal of time with me and was comprehensive. He truly cared about helping me with my problems. Upon the return visit and after labs and x-rays I was diagnosed and given options regarding treatment. Dr.
was amazing and I will return to him again and again, as needed!

"Dr.
has spectacular bedside manner! First and foremost after this first appointment I feel I've found a physician who truly sees his job as taking care" of me and helping me improve my symptoms. Given that these symptoms are of an unknown cause I especially liked the fact that Dr.
's first recommendations were conservative and practical. He focused on things _I_ can do and I can do them right away (the exercises). Once the blood tests come back Dr.
said he will send an explanation of the results in the mail and I have a follow-up appointment to explore the next steps. There is a shortage of rheumatologists in the upper mid-west and I feel very lucky to have found a doctor in whom I am so comfortable putting my trust. As I said above, it is too early in the process to know whether the treatment has been effective and too early to evaluate the billing and account administration processes since I have not yet received my bill. The office decor is a bit dated -- and I take that as a very good sign! To me that means money isn't being wasted on making things "pretty" but instead is being focused toward things that actually impact the care I receive.

New patient appointment was excellent. The Dr. got my complete history and symptoms of my illnesses plus explained a lot of things about the meds. Very thorough fibro exam. Extremely pleased.

They are wonderful. If you have an emergency, you can see any doctor. They see you and you don't have to wait. I don't think I have ever waited more than 20 minutes to see a doctor. They really know what they are doing. They are great. They are friendly and professional. Punctuality is excellent.

They had a nurse practitioner that I talked to before I got to the doctor. She was really good about getting my entire medical history. They spent a lot of time with me. He said that the type of auto immune disorder that I have wouldn't be treated by him; it would be monitored by my family doctor.

I really like the doctors. There are very good doctors there. They are very attentive. They always have coverage; if the specific doctor is not available and is out of town or anything I can still get in touch with one of the associates. The office environment is very good. I

’t have any complaints. I have to wait to get my appointment, but I do get immediate attention from a nurse or something if i call in. Usually I get a return appointment, but sometimes I have to wait for a couple of weeks. Bedside manner and communication is very good. I think they are good all the way round.

My friend started seeing Dr.

about 6 months ago, after being very dissatisfied with her previous rhumetologist. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, takes time to listen to his patients, and I highly recommend him. Because he has such a good reputation, it does take awhile to get into see him - but if you are looking for a Dr. you can trust will provide you with the best treatment plan, he is worth waiting to see.

I usually see Dr

a few times. I have been pretty happy going to this office over the years. The only bad thing I have to say is if you don't get the first appointment of the day then you have to wait in the lobby forever to be seen. Other than that the staff has always been wonderful and very friendly. They are also very good with getting me in for other days when I have to reschedule my appointments. As said above I highly recommend getting the 8am appointments so you don't have to wait hours.
