"The first time I went it did not impress me too much, but the next time they seemed to be more organized. They are not covered by my health insurance, but it is much cheaper than the" same services at the hospital. It is actually run by some doctors in the hospital. They do various blood tests, electrocardiograms and things like that. They do ultrasounds of the aortic artery and things like that; the things that most people forget to do. I got the impression that the tests I took were worth it because it was not really terribly expensive. I think having tests done there is worth it because they might find something that has been missed. It is not covered by Medicare and they offer the testing at various places in my area. They don't have an office, they just rent places.

"It went well. I would suggest anyone having a colonoscopy use the substance requiring less liquid. I had a billing issue as the procedure was billed diagnostic, not preventative." (Preventative has no co-pay.) I had to make five phone calls to resolve the situation.

"Great service and very timely results. The lab has a nurse draw blood at the doctor's office -- very pleasant and professional. Results were ready within a day with no problem.

I went in, gave the receptionist (she was cheerful and very helpful) my blood work order, and within a few minutes they called my name. They took my blood and I was on my way. The waiting area is large and everything (building and all) looks almost brand new. They had the results the next day to my doctor, which was great. They billed my insurance and took off the amount the insurance marked off, and they had the correct amount when I paid the rest. Easy and quick and professional - just what you need when you are sick.

Very efficient. Walked across the hall from my doctor's office though its an easy office to get to and with good parking. The lab work (blood draw) couldn't have been easier. Very professional. Very efficient. Nice office too. I'd very much recommend the staff at this location if anyone needs blood work done.

Because I had scheduled online ahead of time, the process was super easy. The phlebotomist,
Gladstone Diagnostic Test Labs Provider Name Locked
, is one of the best I've ever had anywhere. She did an excellent job in taking my blood with minimal pain and bruising, which is usually an issue for me. I did have a little bit of difficulty with their centralized billing (not an issue with the local office) but that was due to an insurance mix up and they are quite understanding with getting things corrected.

Almost a year after my network doctor sent my blood work to this network lab, I got a letter from "Patient Financial Solutions" - basically a collection agency, asking me to pay the full rate for a service my insurer had already paid at the contracted rate. I heard nothing from this provider before this. Basically, Grant/Riverside Labs balance billed me for an amount over and above my insurer's contracted rate.
After several phone calls and emails I was able to get it straightened out and my credit won't be affected, but the fact that it went this far and took some effort on my part to resolve reflects very negatively on this provider's billing practices and their ability to properly interpret EOB's from insurers.

The Radiologist that read the report and gave the wrong diagnosis. He said I only had one tumor and that was not true. I have several tumors on my liver that he missed. Everyone else that took care of me in the hospital did a good job. My complaint was only with the one Radiologist.

The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. The environment was clean and comfortable. I will utilize this location, in the future, because of this very positive experience,

It is an inexpensive lab service. If you need a blood test or something, ordinarily these tests would be very expensive; but they would do it at a huge discount. I went there on my doctor's recommendation because she knows I have limited income. Ordinarily in the past, the thyroid test had caused me $200; but at Quest, it only costs me $20. I highly recommend them for people who need to save money. They are friendly, personable, and clean. They are under advertised because they don't seem to be terribly busy. Of course, it can change momentarily. I was there last Friday and I was the only patient there, but when I left there were 9 people. There are a long list of other Quest places, but you would have to call them. The only disadvantage is that they don't take cash or checks, they only take charge cards or debit cards. They are open from 7 AM to 11 AM. They are only open in the mornings, so that can be a disadvantage and if you work then it is difficult to get away from testing done. They have got only one person back and she/he is either off getting the tests done for the patient or covering the front desk, so it is hard to do both at a time.
