"
is very professional. I emailed them on a Sunday so I can get some information about the different tint options. They called me the next" day and I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the person who contacted me so we setup an appointment for the next weekend. I felt very comfortable with them and even more comfortable when I dropped off my car for the service. I received a courtesy reminder about my appointment the day prior to the service. My appointment was set for either 8 or 9 am (can't remember) and my car was ready by noon. Great service! I do a lot of driving and they highly recommended the 6" strip in the front. I'm glad I followed their advice because it does make a big difference. Its been a month since the work has been done and I don't see any problems at all. I don't expect any problems either because they did a very good job. They have a nice clean area to work on your car which is why I went with them instead of a mobile tint service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tinting and will be seeing them again in about 7 or 8 years with my next car. **Please note for the approximate cost of service (if it shows up in the review) that I did choose an upgraded tint. They do have cheaper tints available**

"He was prompt and very professional. Didn't take long and I no longer have to worry about peeping
. I also have the added bonus of" blocking some of the heat from the sun (but can still see out) so my electric bill went down because I don't have the AC turning on all of the time. If I had any windows left to tint, I would use this company again!

Window Tinting

People tend to install window film on their cars and trucks mostly for improved appearance and reduced heat absorption. Window film is a thin sheet of polyester that is adhered to vehicle windows. It's available in different types and degrees of shading, but remember there are different auto window tint laws depending on where you live. Learn more about car window tinting options in this guide.

Double-hung wooden windows are known for their classic, unique look, but they’re also known for being loud and drafty. Instead of installing vinyl replacements, many window specialists offer restoration services that preserve an old window’s aesthetics while improving its functionality.

They came out and installed tint on 3 sets of sliding glass doors and 3 high up picture windows. It looks great. They were professional and the install was pretty quick.

They were great to work with from the very start. The owner showed up on time to give me the initial estimate. They showed up on time every time they came out to perform a job. The estimate was adhered to with no additional fees. The windows looked awesome with the initial cleaning. Then, they tinted my afternoon sun windows. It is amazing how much cooler my house is in these areas! The owner was on site with the employee working hand in hand with him. It was comforting to see how invested he is in making sure the customers are happy.
The gutters were amazing. I have a few areas where the roof shingles are sticking out. Not only did they clean the gutters, they fixed a couple of areas where the shingles were messed up. They did this without my asking them to address it.
I will definitely work with this company again and recommend them for gutter cleaning, window cleaning and window tinting. Very positive experience and worth every dime!

They were very professional with the car

. Price was great, quality was great, and so far so good with that. They also applied window film to my whole house - a fairly decent size job. Price estimation was very transparent, and they stuck to the price. Where things started to go a little sketchy was in documentation. I got the the upgraded warranty to $1,500 per window, as well as submitted for my rebate to

Energy. The first set of issues came with the

energy rebate. For whatever reason they just didn't do the paperwork to submit for the rebate which was upwards of $650. I had to hound them for over a month just to submit, with a very respectable albeit timid elderly woman apologizing and finally submitting it for me. The second issue came on the window warranty - they informed me that he windows may experience a breakage in the seal as a result of the film, and would also

their manufacturer warranty because a film was applied. As such 3M replaces the warranty, and given some of my windows are big 70x70 picture windows, the standard $500 warranty would not be enough - I got the $1500. Although I have an email chain a million miles long, they didn't put the warranty on the invoice although they insisted that it was filed (I have the documentation). I received a mailing from 3M only showing $500, which shades refused to correct. Roll the clock forward 18 months and of course the seal on my picture window failed - and water leaks everywhere. I tried to reach out to Shades but they have completely ignored my emails. Firer more, I'm already out $1,100 because I had to replace the window, and will incur another $500 repairing the window sill. I was thrilled with their service initially, but being out $1,600; having a full paper trail to validate what I'm saying, and no response from

has obviously left me with a very sour taste in my mouth.

I first stopped by his office and made an appointment to have someone come to the house and measure my windows. The guy showed up on time, and after he did the measurements he said he had to go to the shop do some math, and would call me in a couple hours with a price. After waiting a couple of week with no call. I started to check with other places to get prices. Them checking on the other places they had such bad reviews I did stop in at Flawless again and talked to the owner had him come out again and measure and do the job. After this trip he did at least call back with a price and told me he would be here to do the job on Saturday the 3rd. After he was 30 minutes later and I called. he said no he would be here on the next Saturday the 10th. At this point if I had more chooses, I would have told him where to put it. But the trouble with small towns there is limited chooses. But he did show up on the 10th on time and do a very good job. So now that the job is done it looks great.
