"As just stated, he reviewed and interpreted the tests done by Dr. #1, and we discussed the next step that should be taken in my care, which was surgery. This is what Dr. #1 was aiming" for in the first place, but kept trying alternative therapies (for 2 yrs), but never actually getting to the surgery. When I discussed this situation with Dr.
, he reviewed the tests, and said, "These results indicate that you should have the surgery that you never received".

" Dr.
made every effort to make my son comfortable during surgery. My son came through with flying colors. Dr.
called my home that evening" to check in on my son. He was very patient and compassionate with my son and with me.

"Was seen by his rude PA, Mr. Doer at our initial appt. I would expect to see more than literally, two minutes of the
on our first visit. The PA was condescending" & was rude to my mom. I did not have confidence in this medical office on the whole.

Anesthesiology

Anyone who has undergone a surgical procedure is likely familiar with anesthesiologists. During surgery, these specialists are responsible for administering anesthesia, including pain blockers and sedation.

Anesthesiology

Most patients who have surgery don't choose their anesthesiologist, but these doctors and other anesthesia providers play a vital role during surgery.

If you are conscious, it's important to be honest with your anesthesiologist and share certain aspects of your medical history to avoid a bad reaction from the anesthesia. (Photo courtesy of the American Society of Anesthesiologists)

If you need surgery, you will probably get anesthesia to put you to sleep. Make sure to ask your anesthesia provider these questions for a successful surgery.

We have had both our children at
Farmington Anesthesiologists Provider Name Locked
Hospital, have attended various parenting classes and have loved almost everything about our experience with the facility and the people that work their. However during the last visit for the birth of our second child we were dismayed by the crass and aggressive attitude of the anesthesiologist Dr.
Farmington Anesthesiologists Provider Name Locked
. He had no respect for our apprehension of placing and epidural during my already traumatic labor. He was rude and acted as if we were wasting his clearly precious time. Then when we recently received our bill we realized how highly he thinks of himself. Our insurance which has been fantastic, found his bill of $3,072.00 to be $406.56 over what they considered "in excess of reasonable and customary allowance." Some of our recent bills have been slightly over what is considered "reasonable and customary," but only fractions of percent of the total bill. He is charging more than %13 over what is considered normal. We are now saddled with a $407 bill when our insurance should have covered 100%! This in unethical, especially since we had no choice in who performed this service for us in the hospital during the heat of a complicated labor.

It went as described above. I had to have two nerve blocks to determine if she was in the correct place. She and I both knew after the first nerve block that she was indeed in the correct place but MEDICARE demanded that a second be performed which in my opinion was a total waste of taxpayer's money because Dr.

was in the right place the first time.

I like the nurses that do the work. I think they are very good. They also run tons of promotions. Some are for some expensive facials and such and you get them at a really good price. Their marketing seems to have a way of getting you to buy things you

Dr.
Farmington Anesthesiologists Provider Name Locked
came in to discuss my request for local rather than general anesthesia for this surgery. She was very open to discussion of options, and after we talked for a few minutes, she agreed to local anesthesia, with the option to move to general if I needed to.
The surgery went very well, and since I was very relaxed by sedatives I don't remember most of it. I do remember being aware during closure and speaking to both the surgeon and Dr.

. I had absolutely no pain. She was very attentive and stayed by my side the entire time. She also had me moved to post-op 2 immediately after surgery since I was awake and speaking. This saved the primary post-op charge as well. She personally checked on me again before I left.
The fact that she took the time from her very busy schedule to understand my wishes and go above and beyond to accomodate them meant a lot to me.
I would ask for Dr.

if I again had the need for anesthesia services.

Although it is a 65 mile round trip for me, I am very pleased with the way I am being treated at OSS. I seldom have to wait past my appointment time, nor do I wait long, once I am in an examining room, to be seen. The staff are all very cordial and friendly as well as professional. They truly seem to listen to everything I have to say and explain their diagnosis in terms I can understand. After several months of trying epidurals and physical therapy for my back and leg problems, surgery was recommended.A lumbar laminectomy/discectomy operation was preformed on May 30, 2012, and so far all is healing well. I was told it was a text book operation with no problems. I am healing well with no complications so far. It is still too early for total results, but I notice most of the numbness and tingling has went away in my legs. I look forward to the neck/upper back operation to hopefully relieve the pain and discomfort in my neck and head that I continue to experience.
