I have numerous investment properties.
is my "go to" guy for any of
my drain cleaning needs. He is courteous and on time. He takes the
time to explain to my tenants what he will do to solve the problem and
what they need to do to prevent it from happening in the future. He
communicates well with me explaining what was done and why. I never
worry when I call him and know that the job will get done whether I can
be on site or not. Great prices and services and I will continue to use
in the future.

The service was exceptional! They came w/in 24 hours, albeit it was not an emergency, contacted me before their arrival, & did exactly what was needed. I am very happy w/ the services provided & feel that the company is very professional &
was courteous, informative, & knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Drain Cleaning reviews in Columbia

After years of having plumbers NOT be able to unclog drain I found
Columbia Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
on Angies List. He called right back, came the next day and fixed the problem. So far the drain remains fixed. No filling of the sink with back water.
Excellent plumber. Would use again.
I must say that after a few uses ANGIES LIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO.

Well, I've given him/them plenty of time or opportunity to contact me. I had to get the deadline changed and was still willing to give him the work. I'm still waiting and now looking for someone else. I chose this firm based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.

Services was great to work with. They first had to cut away some of the drywall in the back bedroom which got flooded along with the baseboards. Driers and heaters were put in place in this room then they had to cut the baseboards in the family/

room and place more driers/heaters. It took 4 1/2 days to dry the water damage areas, that probably was the only downfall of the whole job. Loud, very loud, TV volume Had to be turned up. At first it was like white noise but after the second day it was just annoying . When drying was complete and driers were removed enjoyed the silence. LOL Walls and baseboards were fixed and painted to the same color that was there before. The back bedroom had three shades of gray and they matched the color perfectly. The grouting in the family room/

area matched the color of the grout used throughout the room, replaced baseboards and work was done. All the staff that worked on restoring our home back to normal we thank you. A shout out to
Columbia Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
, he was one of the hardest workers cutting and replacing drywall / baseboards and painting. Very very pleased with DPS and highly recommend them. A++++++++ Business !

Excellent -- could not have been better, faster or cheaper! I called another plumbing company who wanted to charge me for an emergency call (apparently if they come the same day, even during normal business hours, they consider it an "emergency" and charge accordingly). Sparkle was just the opposite. I called them at 8 am, spoke to
Columbia Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
and he was able to get here by 11 am, and fixed things promptly. They were very professional and the price was reasonable.

On 7/1/14 we experienced flooding in our basement and called the company and phone number referenced above. A company called Royal Rooter answered the phone and sent out a team to extract the water. Within 1 hour of the extraction, all the water had returned because the power was still out and sump pump was not operational.
7/2/14 They came back out and removed the water and my belongs from the basement and placed them in the living room and the garage. They collected a check for $1000.00 (my deductible) which I paid to a company called Crystal Clear Water Restoration. They placed several fans in the basement but did not remove the baseboards or the carpet pad. They also failed to tell us they could not relight the hot water heater which we found out around 9pm, hours after they left.
7/3/14 They returned to try to dry and relight the hot water heater. They were sucessful and left and said they would return on Monday when we got back in town.
7/7/14- called them upon our return to find out when they were coming out. They did not return my call. I moved the fans around but the carpet was still wet as the pad underneath was soaked and they did nothing to try to dry it out or remove it. I also realized they had placed a dehumidifier down there but did not plug it in.
7/8/14- still no return call and I am starting to notice mold growing in our back room and also on our person items still down there.
7/9/14- recieved a call from Royal Rooter who said they did not have anyone to pick up the equipment today but would be out tomorrow.
7/10/14- recieved a call from Royal Rooter who said that again they did not have anyone to pick up the equipment but would be out tomorrow Friday 7/11/14
7/11/14- I called to speak with a supervisor. I did not hear back so I called again and told them to pick up their equipment so I could get another company in to finish the job. She said again a supervisor would call me. She called back a litte bit later and said they felt they did everything to protocol and it was my fault for not giving them a claim number. They never asked for one. She said she did on 7/7 and i told her I did not have it. This is not true because I had it on 7/3/14. Either way, they claimed they had no one to come out so why did it matter? I asked them again to remove their equipment. They claimed they would be out at 4pm to pick it up. They did to show again and I was faxed a bill for $3000.00. Some of which had bogus charges for services they did not provide.
7/12/14- they called in the morning and said they would be out at 12pm to pick up the equipment. A subcontractor who was a plumber for the company came and get the equipment. I showed him the mold and soaked pad (12 days after their intial visti) and the unplugged dehumidifier. He contacted the owner of Royal Rooter who claimed that I would not be responsible for the additonal $2000.00 I was billed for. I feel I should have also gotten the $1000.00 back as well. This was a nightmare.

Very helpful and super responsive. Came for service the day after my original call. My diagnosis of issue was incorrect. To save some cost (much appreciated) they give me some pointers to prep the work area and didn't charge me for that first service call/consultation. After my prep was done I called again and they came back the same day. A few hours later everything was working. Couldn't have gone better. A+.

What began as a

drain clearing, quickly vaulted to a line replacement.

, was polite and a bit over the top sales guy..but in a good way. He explained everything. We didn't have to many surprises. We have a 60yo house...pipes just don't last. A little bubble with the initial sales guy in picking up our down check and getting the contract signed, but I can't say enough good for the crews and the office staff.
Polite, professional and really cleaned up after themselves. The downer was they began a big job on a Fri and came back on Monday to finish. The weekend wasn't too bad with plywood ducted tape to the kitchen & bathroom floors. We had to tiptoe around them in the kitchen (50% of the floor) cooking and everyday stuff was moot.
don't stress, just call them. No weirdness here.

I contacted multiple plumbers telling them I had an emergency, leaking pipe.

Then I was at home dept and ran into
Columbia Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
at Home Depot and asked him a question about a plumbing issue at my house and
Columbia Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was quite knowledeble and since no plumbers had contacted me yet, I asked if he had time in his schedule to check out a leak in my rental property. He

time and came to the rental and fixed the problem.
I still have not heard back from any of the plumbers I contacted.

Not a loss, I found a great plumber in
