"When we picked the curtains up - nothing was said - however when we got home - the curtains were 8 inches shorter than when we delivered them. When we asked what" happened they told us they washed them (we had requested and paid for dry cleaning). The curtains are completely ruined - and we now have to purchase new curtains at a cost of over 2,000. Worse is that we found out the manager was aware of what happened when we first picked the curtains up - yet said nothing. When we complained - he admitted they had been washed and not dry cleaned. They offered to 'stretch' them back out - but what we got returned were still 3 inches short off the ground, and the sides were torn from the stretching process. When we delivered the curtains - we told them they had silk content - and requested the best service. We were told dry cleaning at $600 dollars. While high we assumed the higher cost came we more certainty. I do have to admit they made us sign a waiver when we left the curtains that they weren't certain what would happen - however - had they been dry cleaned as requested - the damage would not have occurred. We are still attempting to deal with management on the issue and called them again today - so I will edit once I get back the response. I would not use this provider again. First because they knowingly ruined the curtains but mentioned nothing when we picked them up- and secondly because after offering to fix the curtains they came back even worse (torn, etc). The vendor admitted to having washed them - and admitted they should have been dry cleaned - yet has made no offer to refund our funds.

"UPDATE: Manger just called and was extremely unprofessional. He also said that his driver said I yelled and screamed at her which is a horrible lie. Before I honestly" thought this was just incompetence on their part but now it seems like a complete lack of character. He blamed me for not knowing exactly what was in the bag when he finally returned my call 11 days later (I was at work – I gave him my best guess, drove home at lunch, called back and left a message 2 hours later with exactly what I had lost) In the past six days since I’ve been calling in no one ever asked what I was missing. Today was the first day they inquired and yet somehow they had already determined that they never received my clothes and that it was not their fault. . They picked up and delivered to my house when no one else would. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service to anyone. As of this writing I am missing 2 shirts and a pair of pants. They were picked up 11 days ago. This is not the first time my clothes have gone missing – it’s the third. And about a month ago I had to catch their driver to give her back a pair of pants delivered to me that were not mine. In every case – I had to call over and over before getting any traction. The manager finally called me back today 6 days after my initial call reporting the missing items. And this time, just like the previous two incidents, I am being told they
’t have my clothes. The last incident was resolved only because my shirts were monogrammed in the collar with my initials. They found them tagged with another customer’s name. I am of course frustrated that they continue to
my garments but I am equally frustrated with their response. I should not have to call back multiple times to hear from the manager. When I do hear from a manager, I
’t think I should have to convince him that my clothes are really lost, especially given the history. I
’t know about you but I
’t normally inventory every garment I take to the cleaners. I have now found another service that has agreed to pick up from my house so I’m moving on – just as soon as I get my laundry back. This is unacceptable service.

I was not happy with a previous dry cleaning establishment -ruined ties, double crease, etc. They tore one tie on the back and never said a word to me about it. I found out when I tried on the tie. I was looking for another dry cleaner and decided to give

a try. I am happy I did. The owners were very friendly and personable right off the bat. I explained my dissatisfaction and problems from my previous dry cleaner and how I prefer my shirts and slacks to be pressed They were very happy that I decided to give them a try and they said they would work hard to keep my business. When I picked up my shirts and pants, I was impressed with how clean and crisp my shirts and pants were, just how I like them and had requested. As I walked out, the owner caught me outside and said he forgot to tell me that he worked hard to get the double crease out of one of my slacks and that next time he would be able to get it completely out. I appreciated him telling me that; it showed he was concerned about getting it right for me.
When I came back last week with another batch of shirts and slacks, they recognized me and stated how happy they were that I was back. Again, shirts and slacks clean, very well pressed and crisp, just how I like them.
They are friendly, courteous, and work very hard to keep your business. I won't go anywhere else. I just don't run into customer service and quality like

Cleaners' badly damaged my dress shirt. I spoke to management about it but they refused to address the issue. After spending over $1,000+ during the year in dry cleaning, the manager said too bad it's not our fault and we refuse to do anything about...no apology, refund, offer to repair...NOTHING!!! And the morning manager was "extremely" rude and disrespectful. I vowed to never use them again and I am telling everyone I can to never use them because of the lack of professionalism and sad excuse for customer service provided by management. So far they've lost me, my wife, my in-laws business, and I'm working on more.

I ran the machines myself. My washer broke and this was my first time in a coin laundry in years. It was nice and cool inside, clean, the machines were clean and worked perfectly. Attendant/manager efficient and pleasant. Plenty of magazines and a flat screen TV.

) were pleasant, helpful and happy to answer every one of my questions. Then they set an appointment for the manager to meet you to assess the scope of services and sign a contract/invoice. Prior to his arrival the manager telephoned and gave me the time he would arrive to meet with me. He was very prompt and professional and left the meeting by telling me I could call with any questions I might have, between his appointment and the appointment date for the duct cleaning.
The date of the duct cleaning, TJ telephoned prior to his arrival to tell me he was early; and asked if it was alright to arrive early? A telephone heads up for convenience??!?!?! This was like seeing the end of a rainbow or a Unicorn. It's rare, if not, non-existent.
TJ worked quickly, explained each step of the cleaning process and was willing to answer any and all questions. Again, I cannot impress upon those reading this review how extraordinary it was, to encounter a company and its employees with such a high standard of professionalism. He ruined my drapes; my linen drapes have shrunk 2". When it came to delivering them and standing by his job, he really dropped the ball. He said he'd make it right but never followed through. When I called him back to see about fixing the problem, he never called me back and my drapes are ruined.

had some very good suggestions, and she helped me let go of things that were just taking up space ("in case I ever need it" stuff). She took donations to Good Will and gave me the receipt. She's a hard worker, and did most of the reorganizing far more quickly than I would ever do on my own. don't hesitate to call her!

Sent my shirts and pants in for dry cleaning and when I received the items back, more than half my shirts had broken buttons and/or broken/loose threading. Spoke to customer service and they said they would repair/fix the items and for me to send it in. It took more than 2 weeks for them to address the issue and it wasn't until I called them that they looked into it. As I was talking to customer service, the CEO wanted to speak with me. I had left a Yelp review along with photos and the CEO was audibly upset and asked why I left a bad review with those photos. I told him my situation and he never apologized and said I was wrong because the buttons weren't damaged. I have photos showing the cracks and he has the shirts in front of him and he exclaimed that they are broken. Afterwards he told me, in his exact words, "I CAN'T HELP YOU IF YOU KEEP THAT REVIEW". Since he had my shirts hostage and I had no other choice, he stiff-armed me to tell him that I would remove my review once the items are repaired. After hanging up and waiting 30 mins, I contacted customer service again and asked to have my shirts returned immediately than have them repair it.
I have already left reviews on Yelp and have contacted the BBB. Do not use these dry cleaners despite the "convenience". They take over a week to do dry cleaning, deny any faults, and accuse their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Will not go to these cleaners any more. Asked to repair zipper and charged me but did not repair. Asked to hem 4 pair of pants, charged me $45 but did not hem. Asked to press a paint suit, only put paint suit in plastic wrap and charged me for this service. This place used to be honest but not anymore. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like to get ripped off.
