Business Description: KMI is a full service construction company serving the greater St Louis area and beyond. We have an A+ rating on the BBB and carry a very high rating on servicemagic.com. The majority of our work is done by our in house crews; however, we do use subcontractors on such work as electrical, plumbing, and concrete work. All estimates and inspections are free. When you call for an estimate, you will be serviced by one of the two owners in a company lettered truck, or our manager. We do not hire sales people as we want to ensure the quality of every aspect of our company. We are prompt on our scheduled times, and if we are running behind for any reason, we call ahead so that you are aware and if necessary we can reschedule. Every job is supervised by one of the owners, and warranties and lien wavers are given upon the completion of every job. We pride ourselves on our quality. What we also pride ourselves on is our honesty. If your project doesn't need something, we will tell you even if it means we don't get a job. We understand the value of good customer relations and how that will benefit us more in the end than trying to stick a customer with unnecessary expenses for a short term gain.
