There are also too many details to list, but please do not waste your time with
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, when he was a BBB member. We signed a contract with
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
at the end of April 2013 just after moving into our new home. He came in a nice new white pick-up all lettered with his company logo. He was very professional in that original meeting. We discussed what we wanted and put together a design for him. He surveyed the project and indicated he would have a quote for us in a couple days. He sent us a quote and then pushed hard for us to sign and offered discounts to persuade us. We finally agreed and put down 20% as he requested in the contract. We agreed that before he could begin that the final grade of our new home would need to be completed, but that we would give him 2-3 week notice of that and he said that it would take him 2-3 weeks to complete the project. The final grade was slow due to the weather that year, but it was completed at the end of
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
. He said he would be there in Mid August - about 2 weeks from then to install footings so the builder could

sod and install sprinklers by the end of August. In mid August he asked me to push back the builder a couple weeks as he was behind. We did and he came and dug 12 holes for footings and demanded the next payment of 20%. I told him he would need to complete the footings as noted in the contract. Here's where the problems got started. He again demanded payment immediately or he would not continue the project. Reluctantly I gave in and he poured the footings. The footings sat there for several weeks as I called him again and again to find out when he was coming to finish the patio and start construction. Finally he started coming for a couple hours per week to do things and completed the patio the day before the first snowfall of the winter. Then he started asking about the stairs and how I wanted them done. I told him to refer to the plan we put together and that I wanted it exactly like that. He agreed. Upon inspection, I realized that he was short one footing! I called him and he claimed he "knew about it" and has to get his excavator back to do it. It barely got finished before it ground froze for the winter. Slowly over the next several weeks he came and did an hour or two of work, two or three days per week until we got closer to Christmas. He had clearly lost all of his laborers and he had to do the project himself. He claimed several times his "guys" were finishing up another project and would be there in a couple of days. The project hadn't progressed even though I had numerous promises about when it was going to be completed (mid September, beginning of October, Mid October, Mid November, etc.) Around Christmas he wrote me a long winded e-mail about how he was almost done and he didn't have any money for Christmas presents. By now, I was upset and I suppose became heartless, but I found that he was broke and didn't have any funds to buy material to get my project done. I told him I would buy all of the materials so he could finish by Christmas so he could get his final payment. I ordered all of the material (deducted from the final payment), but he still only showed up for a few hours per week and was not progressing. He then sent me another e-mail asking for me to give him money ahead of schedule. I refused. He finally completed the project in January. When the snow had gone and spring arrived, I noticed that many deck boards had not been nailed down, many finishing portions of the project had not be completed. After 3 attempts to contact him, he came back and completed them in May 2014. He did not complete them to my satisfaction, but I needed him out of my hair and I completed them instead. A couple of things to note. Often times
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
will lie to you about status of the project. Several times he claimed that trusses had been ordered for my project. I know that wasn't true as I saw the order date on the delivery when they arrived. He is very money hungry and sacrifices quality because of it. He also requested that we make checks out directly to him instead of
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and picked up by his brother at my front door. That sounds fishy to me, but I did it and he did finally give me a
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
waiver and certificate of completion as well as permit and inspection records. 2-3 weeks of work that
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
promised took him almost a year to complete (August 2013 to May 2014) Please don't let this guy do your project. I learned the hard way and wouldn't want anyone to go through the pain we did.

I contacted the company about some landscaping changes for my yard. The company sent out their senior design associate & he looked at the areas I wanted to make changes to in my yard. He later came back with some of ideas on what plants he suggested would be best for certain areas of the yard. I agreed with his ideas & told him to go ahead & have his company do the work. They set up a date, arrived on time, removed some older plants as per our agreement. Then they went ahead & installed the new plants & 2 trees. I think the yard looks much better now & have also gotten numerous comment from friends on how nice it now looks.

The job was completed but it was a headache. The sales rep quit between the contract being signed and the installation date. Thus, we had no direct person to speak to. All the portions of the job were outsourced and all but one were non english speaking. They never communicated what was done and when they were coming. There was no approval process after a project was finished they just left. Parts of the project that could have been fixed or improved could have been if a foreman or just someone who spoke english and took responsibility. After the projects were done I contacted them about the huge mess that was left and they just told me to shop vac it myself.
The price was good but if I could have done it over again I would have paid the money to have someone on location to work with.

Very well. He had a few free days so he scheduled it in this period. He drafted a plan that was better than we expected, and in less than a week we had a patio that we love.

Long story short,
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
came out, listened to what we wanted to do and then used his expertise to design a patio and fire pit that was beautiful and within our budget. We got several other quotes that were ridiculously higher than
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
. The crew was great and did an amazing job. The bottom line is if you're looking to do anything with brick or stone, you need to give
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
& Stone a phone call.
Just remember, you need to be patient. Clearly, with the quality of work they did and the prices they charge, this is a very, VERY busy company. don't expect the work to get done in a week. We had to wait about seven weeks from the time we said yes until the work got done. However, it was well worth the wait.
Keep in mind, it was probably my mistake to decide to get a patio in the middle of the summer! Obviously, this is the busy season for fire pits and patios. But again, based on all the companies I met with,
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
is the least expensive. But wow, this patio is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kildar was punctual with estimate, and he took the necessary time, during his first visit, to measure accurately the entire area and to describe in detail his ideas for the project, and to patiently describe his first impressions of the work to be done as well as the time it might take. His estimate arrived soon after, with each item separetly priced and a detailed, labeled sketch. The work began only a couple of weeks later. The workers were very professional and pleasant people. They arrived every day by 7 am and worked 12 hour days. They also completely cleaned the work area each evening. The whole crew was such a pleasure to have around that we actually miss them now! There were no "extra charges'" and the payments were due just as described in the contract - 1/3 upon signing, 1/3 upon starting, and 1/3 upon on completion. We have recommended Triton and will do so, again.

Can't say enough about the great job that
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his grew did on this project. From the day
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
came out to look at the project and presented me with an estimate within a half hour of his visit. Other contractors took anywyere from 2 to 3 weeks to even provide an estimate.
Two Harbors Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
did stress the fact that they were very busy and weather would play an important part on when they could begin the project. But my main concern was getting the job done right and not when they could start. So it was worth the wait
and we are very happy on how the project turned out.

In late June 2014 - Came to house and discussed in length how to remediate a water drainage issue and remove trees and shrubs. Advised would give us 3 estimates for the 3 portions of the property that need to be completed. Now late August 2014 - no return phone call or any communication regarding estimates or want.
