I just didn't appreciate the manner in which the salesperson spoke to me and dealt with my concerns. The delivery men were very good and very professional. They attached the headboard and took away the old mattress and frame. The person who sold me the set was very enthusiastic about it before I bought it but when I later called with a question about the warranty card, he really downgraded my purchase and more or less told me that I had bought a pretty inferior product.,

(FFO) is a licensed agent for a variety of large furniture companies. I ordered a dining room set made by

Furniture from FFO on 6/26/14. They advised me delivery would be made in mid

except for the dining room server, which would not be available till late

due to 0 inventory. Set was delivered when promised however one of the chairs was damaged. FFO arranged to have chair replaced. The dining room server was delivered on 8/4/14 and the new chair a week later. FFO did keep me updated throughout the purchase process.

Worst customer service and experience I have ever been through. We ordered furniture back in June and was told they would hold it for us until we were ready for it. We called
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
15th, when we were ready, and they said they either sold it or sent it back to the warehouse. We had to order new furniture and it would take 2-4 weeks to come in. We moved into our new house with no furniture and were there for 3 weeks before we got anything. We were told we could have the furniture as long as we put money down and then charge our
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
's credit card as soon as we closed on the new house (them knowing we needed the furniture before we could charge the card). Came time for them to FINALLY deliver. The morning they were suppose to deliver I got a call saying they did not order the mattress correctly. We needed two bases and only ordered one. She told me that was my problem and I need to call our sales rep in Amarillo (which no longer works there). I told her to go ahead and deliver everything they had. She called back a couple hours later and said due to us not being able to charge the credit card yet they could not deliver (like they promised they could). I tried to talk to GM here and he simply wanted nothing to do with it and said I needed to call the corporate office in
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
. He promised me the president of the company was going to call me the same day. I waited several hours before I got her name and number from him and made many calls, left several messages, and emailed twice for help. Did not get one response from her. I finally talked to the assistant president of the company (so I am told) and he was the rudest human being I have ever met. He said the only thing he could do for us was add the missing base to our tab and give us half off of it. I told him there was no need I did not want their furniture anymore. All I wanted was either my $3000.00 worth of furniture I had already paid for or my money back. He laughed and said there was nothing he could do. We finally got $1500.00 of furniture delivered. They said they were going to take the other $1500.00 and put it toward the rest of the furniture. After this experience we decided we did not want any more furniture from them. When I called and asked what we could do about the $1500.00 they said they would keep it for a restocking fee. I have to pay them $1500.00 to restock furniture I never recieved. Not one time did we talk to someone that was apologetic about the mess they had put us through or even anyone that was concerned with how we were treated. NO ONE wanted to help us in anyway from either location here or the corporate office in

On couch & chairs - we requested earliest possible delivery. They had the couch but didn't tell us. They were going to make us wait for the couch until the chairs arrived (6 wks) was a
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
that we found out about it and had it delivered. Chairs came as planned within 8 weeks.
The pillows (same fabric as the couch) - were promised in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks, they still had not arrived. I called the store and asked why they were taking so long and was told, "I don't have a clue.".... that is absolutely true! I called customer service who "explained" to me that the 6-8 weeks was an estimate. That is NOT what we were told on purchase. 10 years is an estimate too....but if that had been the case I wouldn't have made the purchase, but that is clearly why they operate this way. If there had been a delay in fabric, why were the chairs on time? Even if there was a delay, they should have contacted me. STILL don't HAVE THE PILLOWS!
I called customer service and requested monetary compensation for such an inconvenience and aggravation. She said she would call the store and call me back. She never called me back. I am now told that the new date is even later and they would call me at that time to schedule a time for me to pick them up. REALLY!?!
I will NEVER do business with

Awful. Representative
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
arrived in a car without any cleaning equipment and I could tell from minute one he was going to be an issue. Before I removed all the covering on my couch which needed to be cleaned he was coming up with reasons why he cant clean it.
You can tell this guy was just looking for an excuse to not do his job and leave. He called the home office on my phone and started to walk out. I told him to please stay as he is waiting by the door. Once I realized that he didn't have any cleaning equipment with him, I told him to leave. Called
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
three times and have yet to hear back from a supervisor although they assured me they are looking into it.
STAY AWAY from this company!!! Lazy workers=terrible service. I wasted two hours this morning waiting for them to do their job and they didn't. don't waste your time too!

The sales representative was a pleasure to work with. Background: We live in a condo building with an elevator and a common hallway on each floor. We purchased a new mattress and part of the purchase included disposal of the old mattress. The delivery is why I rate this company with less than stellar performance. The game went like this: Delivery guys show up, and the first mistake was delivering some additional occasional tables which we did not order. If I had been less than honest....... The next mistake was the assembly of the new bed. Apparently they did not have enough wood screws for assembly and attempted to use some scrap hardware to assemble the bed. After they left, the legs fell off. The next mistake was moving the old mattress into the common hallway. My assumption was they would take it to the truck. Well I was a trusting dummy! I sign the delivery confirmation which states I am satisfied with the delivery and the product. After signing the driver notifies me that he is leaving the old mattress in the hallway because it has a stain (coffee) on it. This is how you light me up. An argument ensued, and I told the delivery folks to take the whole order back or I was calling the police. The mattress was removed. I went to the store with a leg from the bed in my hands and asked for a manager. The manager listened and then offered a $50.00 gift card to the store, which I probably would have gotten anyway.

This was the worst experience we have had with a company. In March of '14 my wife and I went to
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
and made a large purchase of various decorations for our house. When discussing the purchase with our sales person, we were very clear that our expecation was that all items purchased, including those that had to be custom made, would be delivered and installed by Easter which was on April 20. We were assurred that with six weeks they would have plenty of time to have everything ready.
Over the next six weeks we never heard anything from
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
. Every conversation had to be started by us calling them or stopping by the store to get an update on where things were. WE had to call them to get the installer scheduled to come out and measure for our window treatments. He came and was only there for about 15 minutes to measure some complex windows. We had to call them again to find out that the other items that we purchased were in and to schedule time for someone to come out and install the pictures and other items.
This occurred AFTER Easter which we were assured we would have our order by. With this our window treatments did not come and the installer had to come out again because he forgot to measure one of the windows. After MANY conversations with
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
and trying to talk to the owner, which we never were able to do and never returned our calls to speak to him, we finally in late May found out our window treatments were in and they would be out to install them.
The same person who measured the windows in 15 minutes came out to do the install. He quickly installed them and left the house. When I was able to see the treatments that cost $2,000 I found that they dragged on the floor, where installed too high, and were crooked. We once again had to reach out to them and negotiate a fix.
They did agree to fix the treatments and they promptly came out to take them away again leaving us with no window coverings during this time. Finally, at the end of August they came back and re-installed them once again. This time to find that one of the pieces was not measured correctly, again. The same installer had to take that specific piece and send it out to be re-done for the third time.
Finally, on August 5 they returned and installed the final piece. While the window treatments look nice and are finally what we expected, it was unacceptable that this process that was supposed to take no more then six weeks took nearly six months. The service we received from
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
was HORRIBLE, especially for the extremely high prices that they charge.
In the end they offered to only give us 10% off the price of the product, did not include the $250 we spent on the installer price. For the horrible customer service, and lack of quality and caring about doing what is right for their customers, 10% was not sufficient but we decided we just wanted to finally be done with this awful company and never have to shop with them again.

It went fine. We really liked working with
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
. Later after the job was completed, we received a
Shakopee Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
on our property for the granite. We paid for at the stone vendor to American. We should have written in the contract that we would pay all subcontractors directly. Lesson learned in Florida! Anyway, after several phone calls to American, the owner finally called us back. He claimed that he paid them but he never sent us proof. I guess buyer beware. We are new to Florida and didn't understand the subcontractor laws. My advise in dealing with this company is stay on your toes and cover your own!

The installer showed up promptly. He did a much better job of scraping the old foam pad off of the floor from the carpet that I had previously removed. He put a fast drying leveler on the floor, made a template for the floor and took it back to his shop to pre-cut the vinyl. He did a great job of installing the vinyl flooring and made sure to use trim strips that complemented the floor color and color scheme of my kitchen. I would definately recommend.
