Business Description: We are full service home inspection team, one or more inspectors will be on site for you home inspection. Typically I the certified home inspector will be there, along with a exterior specialist and a hvac specialist. I feel that by having more professional at the inspection the better the service and quality of the report you will recieve. We book no more than 3 inspections a day, which allows us enough time to do the job correctly and professional for you. We do not preform TIS, time of sale, or truth in housing inspection, I feel they are a simple check list inspection and not a comprehensive home buyers inspection. Remember as Buffet said "Value is what you get, and price is what you pay" a cheap inspection may be just that worthless.
