We are terribly disappointed in this program--at least at the
, TX, location. We signed up for the Advanced program, which includes "priority scheduling." However, it's not until your child receives their learner's permit that you find out there are no lessons available at this location. This has been the case for over 3 weeks--no lessons available on their website! And there is no phone number for the local office listed on their website. I had to physically go to the office to try and figure out why there were no lessons. I was told they don't have enough instructors. Since you need to choose a location when you sign up for this program, the location should know how many people are currently signed up and need lessons. It is unacceptable to take hundreds or even 1000+ dollars from people and then turn around and say they can't support that many people. They cite the fact that it's summertime--a busy time for driving lessons. Is this a new idea?!?!? Why didn't they staff appropriately to accommodate the need for summertime lessons? Until they get their act together, no one should sign up for this program and instead look for a different one.
The online courses have been pretty good, but it's terribly frustrating to have your child complete all of the online courses and wait weeks or months for the driving lessons.

The driving lessons were overall good although the instructor was usually late picking up. The driving test with MVC was scheduled TWICE and no one showed both times. My daughter took off work to take her test and was disappointed for the second time.

Guilfoy was prompt, thorough and efficient. He gave our son the confidence needed to past the driving test the first time, passing easily with a 90%.

My wife had surgery a while ago and hadn't driven for months. I thought it would be a good idea for her to have a refresher course to regain confidence. It was also a good idea for me not to be the person doing it.

did not respond to our first call (we left a message). Someone answered the second call promptly and took her information. An instructor then called and set an appointment. He arrived promptly for the appointment and my wife was very satisfied with the lesson and is driving again. She took the "Masters Refresher Course" which was $139 for two hours.

I spoke with them on the phone, they told me exactly what I'd get. It's an initial $250 down, and then another $140 due upon the day of the test to cover expenses (fuel, insurance, etc). They emailed us materials to assist in studying for the written portion of the

exam, from which both of my employees passed. Once they passed the written test, we contacted them again to set up the driving portion of the exam, which they provide the truck and trailer with to take the exam. This is not a truck driving school, but it's a phenomenal source to get a

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very responsive when I contacted them as an Angie's List member. We received a discount on the series of lessons. According to our children, their instructor Adeel was very good at explaining the mechanics and gave them specific suggestions on when to start turning into a parking space, where to look and how to judge when they could pull back in after passing a car, etc. My daughter said he was calm and unflappable, and spoke clearly. He had a brake on his side of the car, in case there was a wrong move. I also commend him for providing feedback to us (the parents) after several lessons, and then after the series was ended. We continued to do practice drives after the lessons, as they suggested, and our children both passed their road tests with no problems.

talked us through the sequel of events that would take place, what they would be doing, and the time frame in which all activities would be done. My daughter and her friend had an amazing time with the instructor and the office manager was very professional on the day we picked up the license.

My son was in an academic setting for 2 hours a day, 3 days a week, for 4 weeks. He was also given 6 hours of individual instruction in an instructor's car, plus a special session of "skid" training. He liked the class and the drive times.

I contacted several schools and was extremely impressed with

‘s professionalism. I was contacted by

Hens (Office Manager) within 15 minutes, who was very professional and very detailed with processes. He discussed in detail my daughter’s current driving skills and what the state required. The first process was private lessons to meet the stat’s required 45-hours. I didn’t have time to do the 45 hours so I registered for private lessons. For private lessons, my daughter’s instructor was

First, this was not the location where my son had his lessons, its a franchise and he was at the Camas, WA location. I like that the instructors are retired police officers as they share real life experiences with the kids, especially in regard to driving while drinking. They are also very patient but give an air of authority.
My only issue with the school was the scheduling. They use a service and it limits how far in advance you can schedule a drive.
