We took out a $4000 0% same-as-cash for 12 mos. with FSF in May 2013, to replace a broken AC. On May 13 2014, I called FSF, and confirmed we had $300 left on the loan to pay off. I explained we were moving & I didn't have paperwork, but thought I had right amount. FSF employee (Have not yet tracked down my notes with his name.) told me amount was correct and there was a grace period til 5/18 to pay. I said I could come down and pay it in person if need be; I certainly didn't want to pay a year's interest at the very end! We laughed about that & he said the bank draft was fine. I paid thru my bank as always, and FSF posted the payment 5/15. We never heard from FSF again.

Today (7/23/14) we were doing final paperwork to sell our house and FSF was on it as being owed $677 as a "second mortgage." I called FSF, spoke with
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
first, then
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
, listed as a regional manager. Both told me too bad, payment was 2 days late, therefore $677 interest was owed. When I asked about the information I was given when I called 5/13, Mr.
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
' response was, "Did you read your contract? The 0% is void." He then stated that we owe the $677 total, and said "How do you think we can offer these kinds of loans?"

By lying to customers, apparently. I told him I would be sure and share my experience with his company. This is, at best, completely unethical, and I would urge any borrower to be sure not to rely on any verbal communication with FSF's representatives.

I first moved my banking to this credit union in January 2014 because they were rated well on Angie's List. I have had nothing but problems with them. They have made errors and I finally got a banker,
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
, who knew what he was doing and was most helpful. Today I went in and he has moved into another role. I got a different individual who did not know how to do a direct transfer of an
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
from one credit union to another. The credit union where my
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
is presently gave me all of the information needed to go in to
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
, including the form that should be used to make this common transaction happen, and they couldn't do it. The "banker",
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
, did not understand the form I gave him, did not understand the process, wanted to give the form to me to complete and mail....totally incomprehensibly incompetent. I advised them that I wanted to find an institution that knew what they were doing and took my paperwork and left.

After receiving a letter that one of my five accounts was being canceled I went to my local branch in Boca Raton. I spoke with a customer service agent who called someone named
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
regarding the letter of cancelation.
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
proceded to give me a run around when I questioned why the account was canceled. He said that BOA determined that my business was not one that BOA wanted to keep. I asked him what did you determine my business is and does, he fumbled for sometime with typical don't know answers. I then went home and called the phone number on my letter and spoke with
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
. She was very nice but again could not explain why this was being done. I asked to speak with her supervisor, a VP named
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
who declined to speak with me. I was told that I would be contacted by someone at BOA regarding this and that I would be required to send documentation, licensing, etc to allow them to reevaluate my account.
I have been a loyal customer with BOA for over 20 years, maintain five accounts, am a Platinum account holder but apparently am not good enough for them to reasonbly explain this situation.
My business account has the word "casino" in it which appearently triggered a cancelation. I explained that I have an independent marketing company that works with many casinos to include Norwegian, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. I am fully licensed in several states and maintain an excellent business and finacial status with every company I deal with.
It dissapoints me that after being a good customer I was randomly selected with no thought and was shown no courtesy when I questioned their motives. I deserve an apology and reinstatement of my account and not subjected to a discrminatory jusitification of my business.

Due to a combination of bad timing and inattentiveness, I overdrew my
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
checking
account three times in two weeks.
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
charged me $149 for the first overdraft
and $185 for each of the next two overdrafts. When I complained, they only
credited back $160 to my account.
In my opinion, even $359 for three overdrafts is outrageous. The penalty for overdrawing the checking
account at my new bank is $35.00.

I did an online form to get an insurance quote. It was confusing and the rate seemed higher than it should be. I'm going to call and talk with a live person next to see if the quote was accurate or if I left out some viable information that discounts it more. I would not recommend using their online service if you need a quote.

ICCU is a great bank. I have my car loan, checking, auto loan, and savings account with them and they are by far the best bank I have ever had. They also offer a line of credit attached to your checking account for overdraft protection which has come in very useful.

I immediately called the collection department, which was unable to find any record of the account reportedly with a negative balance. Nonetheless, I explained that the deductions were due to fees charged by
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
because I had not registered for paperless statements, which I'd immediately rectified once I found out that this is their policy. In recounting this to the representative, she told me that
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
's policy is to refund fees of this type once the problem has been fixed, but this was never done or offered.
The representative also told me that they mail an initial notice warning of the action to be taken, as well as make repeated phone calls to warn members of their planned cancellation of all member services. However, I never received a letter nor did I receive any phone calls at any time.
Saint Cloud Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
has great rates, but I'm extremely disappointed in the way they have apparently failed to follow their own policies, and sent such a threatening and rude letter to one of their members. My credit rating is very good, and I pride myself on paying my debts regularly and on time.

After I completed my online forms a representative contacted me for review of information. Instructions were also given on what to do after deciding on the auto I wanted to purchase. They guided me through the entire process from start to finish. They still contact me to see if all is well with the purchase process.
