Educating you about the property you are buying is important to us and we even answer our phone with a live voice 12 hours a day. You are welcome to attend as much of the inspection as you like. A report will be printed on site for you and a more extensive report with photos will be delivered the same day. The comprehensive inspection includes carbon monoxide testing, gas leak testing, roof, attic, basement and all fixtures, appliances, windows and doors.
