did a wonderful job setting up and cleaning a grandfather clock we purchased from an antique dealer. She explained what she was doing and was very professional" all the time. In addition, she looked at some of our other mechanical clocks and gave advice for future repair or servicing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and very knowledgeable clock service person.

"He was prompt, came to the house because we also had a grandfather clock to be looked at, clear in his explanation. When I picked it up he explained how to mount it correctly and regulate it. He knows his stuff.

Clock Repair reviews in Lakeville

The clock worked for 5 months but then it just stopped working again. He said that he would return to see what he could do but that has been 6 months and he will no longer return voice mail messages.

The quality was excellent. They were here even early which was just fine. I was surprised how well they knew the clock and everything. So, they were very comfortable doing the work on it. They came to our house instead of us going to their shop.

Repaired to fine operating condition an old mantle clock, we've had for years. The triple chime movement involved proved, eventually, too degraded to repair and

was able to find a used replacement movement that was rebuildable as a replacement..
He quickly responds to email and kept us up to date on the status of repairs. His price was reasonable considering the extent of the work needed. His shop is a unique place to visit and he's pet and small (well-behaved) child friendly. Overall a fine craftsman and an interesting fellow, who guarantees his work.

I dropped off a grandfather's clock in late March and was told the repair would take 6 to 8 weeks. I called on June 26th and was told it wasn't started yet, was "in line" based upon my claim check number and that it would be another 6 to 8 weeks. Now it's mid-October and I've tried to call several times. No one answers and the voice mailbox is full. I'll now have to travel to their shop and confront him directly. This is very discouraging.

The microwave part of my microwave/convection oven stopped heating my food and coffee. Research on the internet suggested that the magnetron had gone bad or died. The cost of a replacement part was nearly as much as a new convection oven and even worse, if you didn't know what you were doing, you could cause yourself great harm trying to install it. Just on a

to see what they thought, and after he took a look at it, he gave me a price that was much lower than if I had tried to fix it myself. Of course, I was delighted. I will say that

stays busy and the business hours are not as long as I'd prefer (plus they close for lunch), so expect to wait a little longer to get your item back. Even so, the work is quality and the price is reasonable. There is a charge for getting an estimate but it was deducted from the total repair bill. Overall, it was a good experience.

This clock is a family heirloom and this is its fourth move. It had not been wound for months. Staff removed the works and chimes and packaged them securely for the moving company. After the move they unpacked it, cleaned the works, lubricated them, reassembled them, wound the clock, and set it running. They told us a few details about the make and condition of the clock.
