I had to pay another mechanic close to $150 to repair the fuel gauge ON TOP of the original $80.54 I had already paid Scooter Pro to fix it the first time. Additionally, I had to have the missing screws/bolts replaced and kickstand repaired which he broke.
He is unprofessional, a bully, threatened me repeatedly stating I needed "to not make matters worse" by writing the truth. I have all his statements in writing and proof that none of the addresses associated with his business currently are valid.
I wouldn't wish an experience such as I have encountered on my worst enemy. BE CAREFUL. BBB cannot verify his garage location either from what I have been told.
I am listing my former address where he picked up my scooter originally, but in TRUTH, nobody seems to know where he "performs" his "repairs". Certainly he never told me though I asked several times before, during, and since.
They hold was released on $60.99 in my account after a few days but actually paid to the seller who had offered the product through Amazon. I have contacted Amazon numerous times over the last month and they refuse to refund the money, stating that I have to get my bank to "release" the hold on the funds. There is no longer a hold on the funds; the seller went ahead and processed payment even though he never shipped the product to me because the order was cancelled. I'd like to recoup the $60.99 taken from my account.
