Business Description: We are a full service fireplace company, family owned and operated. We take care of our clients personally. Norm not only does the initial preview prior to installation, but also installs, guaranteeing that the work is done to his exacting standards. On rare occasions we do use subcontractors but they are individuals with whom we have long and trusted relationships. We will also help with design and have lots of experience with custom outdoor firepits and fireplaces. We rely heavily on word of mouth from our clients and consequently must earn their respect through the service we provide. Jim has been doing service of gas fireplaces and stoves for over 15 years and is a strong member of our team. Dennis has been doing stone and tilework most of his life and is a true perfectionist. We are proud of our work and will try to prove ourselves to our customers at every turn.
