Business Description: AirPro Duct Cleaning
Do you know what could be in your home's air?
Construction dust
Pet dander
Mold
Odors
Bacteria
Pollen
Are you tired of fighting dust? Especially after all the time spent moving into your dream home. And, did you know there is no such thing as dust-free construction? We can help you solve your indoor air quality problems.
During the construction process lots of debris and building scraps often end up in the ducts through the registers. Unless removed, fine particles from the debris, which can be respiratory irritants, can circulate within the ducts and enter a room through the registers. In the final stage of building a home, prior to moving in, the ducts should be cleaned and vacuumed to remove any particles that may have entered during construction.
We use high-pressure duct cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean your air ducts. We are trained to do the job the right way the first time. We guarantee our work for 90 days.
We'll make sure that your home and its furnishings are treated with respect and are not damaged during any part of our service. Plus, we'll leave your home cleaner than before we arrived. Isn't that expected of most service people.
What is the Cost You Ask?
The national average is $400 to $600 per system.
We provide a premium duct cleaning that covers ALL the duct work in your home.
$15 per vent opening, just count every air vent through out your home and get a total.
First there is a $150 setup charge that includes cleaning and checking the furnace and hot water heater.
A $50.00 charge for every additional furnace after the first.
The dryer vent is included in the cleaning and is counted as one more vent.
We will need access to ALL vents, because we remove each vent cover one at a time to inspect and clean.
There is a minimum job size of $300.
This isn't a small job, It will take up to 5 hours (and no less than 3) in your home to complete. Once the job is done, you shouldn't need your ducts cleaned again for about 4 to 7 years. Remember, construction dust is the worst, and if your home is under three years old, and you have never had the ducts cleaned there will be a lot of dry-wall dust in the system that can take years of life off your furnace.

Chimney Sweeping & Inspections
Our company believes that education is the key to our chimney service. We want to help our customers with all aspects of chimney safety & maintenance. The best way is by using only CSIA Certified Chimney technicians.
Fires in dryer exhaust ducts pose a serious risk to consumers. In fact, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a consumer product safety alert. According to CPSC, annually there are 15,500 fires, 10 deaths and 310 injuries due to dryer exhaust ductfires. These fires result in millions of dollars in property loss.
Because the dryer duct is usually a 4" diameter, the slightest amount of deposit can greatly reduce the ability to exhaust. When it starts taking longer to dry the clothes, the problem is not usually the dryer, but rather the exhaust system.
As more homes have clothes dryers and are built of tighter construction, the proper operation of the dryer becomes critical. Dryers are exhausting air from the house while they are in operation. Gas dryers are also venting the products of combustion in addition to the moisture fr
