The furnishings provided were simply awful. The staging in the dining area was a mixture of a dark brown table with green floor-length fabric chairs combined with red rug that made the dining area look much smaller than it is. In the bathroom, small white 18 x 12 inch rugs were laid against white vinyl floor with light tan towels mathced against white walls. In one of the bathrooms, my shower curtain was replaced with a dark brown curtain that clashed terribly with the gray painted wall. The couch in the living room was of a color somewhere between mauve and tan and it had a hold in the back of the cushion. In the main bedroom, the comroter was muticolored and striped with very inexpensive and very small white table meant to be night stands that made the room look cheap. My girlfriend of six years said the chairs in the dining room reminded her of a funeral home. My neighbor, who stopped by, was so incredulous at the furnishings that he grabbed my phone, called his wife and said, "You won't believe it, come over here, you've got to see this.
When I emailed the owner to say I was not happy with her work, she questioned my taste, the style tastes of my neighbors, and the style tastes of my girlfriend stating that we had neither the credentials not the experience to know anything about interior decorating. She reminded me how dated my house was, that I had antique brass fixtures, vinyl flooring, and
carpeting (
the thought,
carpeting!!). Then she said that the realtors who did not like the staging work were simply trying to get my listing and were appeasing me by agreeing with my comments (not only do I have no fashion sense, but those around me also have no integrity). When I told her that either we needed to work together or part ways quickly, she said she was willing to switch out a few pieces and then admitted that they were so busy that their 'warehouse' was empty; evidently, what I had gotten was the last of their inventory. Perhaps they were the last items that they had chosed not to put in other people's homes?
I looked at pictures of some of her other items from houses scheduled to close within the next week but decided to stage the house myself with furniture from my other house rather that risking another staging attempt when things had gone so poorly the first go-round. The owner said they could pick up the furniture the followiing Wednesday (one week after staging) but that she would only refund me $900 of the $1,400 she had charged. Tuesday morning, I was sitting in the
house working on my computer. Suddenly, I heard someone trying to get into the house (did not bother to knock until after finding that the door was locked). The guy at the door, who I have since learned is the owner's husband, said he and the fellow with him were here to pick up the furniture. I told him that the owner had said they would come on Wednesday. He said, "Isn't it Wednesday?" Dumfounded, I told him, "No, it's definitely not Wednesday." The conversation went downhill from there. He asked me to move my car so they could back their trailer into the driveway. I looked at the trailer knowing that with the steep incline of my driveway that the trailer was likely to scuff up my newly sealed driveway. Noticing my look, he said, "What?" I told him my concern; he said it was no problem last time so it would not be a problem this time.
After finishing my work on the computer, I watched his helper turn a picture in my stairway that made a clunk as it hit my wall. When I told him what happened, the worker said that he doubted he had done it. I told him he could check the bottom corner of the picture as there would be white paint on it fromt he impact to my wall. The owner's husband asked if I had any spackling, followed me into the garage, grabed a troweling knife and said, "Here's a putty knfe." When I told him it wasn't a putty knife, he said, "Well what is it then?" Having had enough of his rude behavior, I told him that if he was going to argue with me or cause any more problems that he would have to leave. He backed up, I told him I would fix the
myself, and he never said another thing to me. BTW, when they tried to leave, they had to stop to unload the entire trailer, because it was about to gouge the driveway. Long, long, long story short, it cost me $500 to rent bad leftover furniture for one week, not to mention that at the same time, my house was delayed from getting on the

greatly helped us sell our house by staging our home to maximize the beauty and versatility of our home. She was easy to work with in determining price and the degree of changes to be made to the interior design of our home, including using our items to their best advantage and incorporating a few of her items to enhance our own. The end result was amazing in terms of maximizing the openness, flow, beauty and size of our home. It significantly aided in expediting the sale of our home.

Not well. The furniture supplied was second rate

shop stuff most people would be ashamed to have in their homes. The Home Manager supplied a of couple decent pieces but that was all. Worse, the Home Manager was present at showings and insisted on discussing all the property's flaws and had to be banned from the premises whenever there was a showing scheduled. Needless to say the house did not sell in the but the franchisee still expected to paid. The whole deal was a scam.

went through mountains of STUFF at my 90+ year old parents home and staged an elaborate estate sale to maximize profits from items that could not be moved. Working with them and their crew was an absolute delight and we can't believe how hard they all worked at preparing and running the sale. What seemed like a totally overwhelming task became so much easier, thanks to

experience and professionalism. Research, valuating, advertising, and running the sale we're all carried out flawlessly. They also did an amazing job of finding a buyer for our parents' car. They consolidated items that did not sell and coordinated pick up of them. There were very few items left after the completion of the sale and we were provided resources to dispose of them. We would HIGHLY recommend

My house has had 42 showings in the past 2 weeks and not one offer! So I called in
Anoka Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
to try to help me determine what's going on. I did a one hour consult and it was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this company - but BEFORE you list your house! I am a little sad thinking about all the opportunities aka showings I had that didn't get to see all the positive changes we made and have already decided against my house. If I ever move again I will definitely bring them in before I list.

When we downsized, we took our furniture, rugs and art with us. Andrijana was able to work within the constraints of having these existing objects to create an interior that was at once beautiful and comfortable. She was careful to take our preferences into consideration, then applied her creativity to a cohesive and appealing environment that has drawn many compliments. And, her staging of our house helped sell it in a week.

Overall, things went very well. Pat

was referred by my realtor as the "only"

for us to consider. She helped with so many ideas for improvement...what to do, where to invest in the renovation project and where to save my money, color selection, carpeting vendor referrals, flooring vendor referrals (who referred me to his painter/handyman, who was great), what items to donate, what items to discard, what items to keep (Pat arranged for charity services to come to my house for free to pick up items we were not going to keep and removed those for donations).
Pat, while having strong opinions on what and how to stage (and she is good at it), also was very flexible working with us as home owners on those items. She understands the value and importance of the client working relationship, where to stand firm because it is in everyone's best interest and where to yield to ideas that may work better and that please her customer. She put in a lot of hours of work and the house is now on the

Our house's final staged appearance reflects the objectives we had when we started with Pat months ago. It is a beautiful home with well placed furniture and accessories that compliment the renovations we did. Her work shows off the space beyond what we hoped for.

We had absolutely perfect service the first time and second time, but the third time - I couldn't even tell someone had come. I took pictures and

refunded my money. We used after that - and were happy with the service. We stopped the service when my daughter went off to college, but I'm interested in having them come back again very soon.
