on June 25, 2015 to request they send new cards. I explained that the card was missing & that we had found out by accident when we were trying to get my mother's medicince from the pharmacy.

explained that it takes 5-10 business days in order for new cards to be sent to me. I then asked for a supervisor & was willing to pay to have them overnight the cards or to send them priority mail. I finally spoke to a supervisor & was told that it would be sent out priority mail. The card actually ended up arriving on 07.08.15 in yesterday's mail via pre-sorted first class mail. I am highly upset that it was not sent priority mail as I was promised. I am disturbed at their misleading me, effectively they lied to me because they didn't do what they said they were going to do. I want someone held accountable for what they did. They didn't say that they couldn't do it or wouldn't do it, they said that they would do it & someone dropped the ball.

new bills as coming under the deductable. I would call them up and point out the error and ask them to pay the bill. They would notice that there was an "overage" in the deductable. Then instead of paying the new bill that they should have paid, they would pay a random old bill that I had already paiid and then told me that I was responcible for the new bill as part of the dedutable. They would not tell me which old bill that they paid, nor how to get my money back, nor why they would make such a foolish error. This happened over and over again. I ended up paying much more than my very high deductable and spending hours of time trying to solve their mistakes. They continue to claim that there is no way for them to fix the problem, nor to prevent it from happening again.

I got a call from a sales agent from

to believe that I could use pretty much provider that I wanted and they only had one provider for me to see and that person is about 17 miles away over on Panama City Beach which would have taken me an hour to get to. And I called them and tried to set up an appointment and they wouldn't see me and do the cleaning on the first day. I had to make two trips out there. So I called the insurance company and they weren't gonna cancel my policy because there's no cancellation clause in it so I complained to the

district and I got a letter in the mail saying they're canceling my policy. It was horrible. It's a scam basically.

Absolutely no problems with this provider. The services were great. Quick and professional. I shopped around for price and their fee is all inclusive so it was nice knowing that I was not going get multiple bills.

This company has refused to cover my medication which wasn't a problem for 10 years and now some how I have this insurance company not a doctor telling me that my medication isn't required for my condition. I even had my appeal rejected .I was supposed to receive a phone call when they had it all worked out well, the call never came so don't expect any help from calling them. I tried calling in regards to a bill that I received. It was an ambulance bill, and I never had any dealings with an ambulance company. I called them to do them a favor and let them know about a bill due to them covering part of the charge. I was on the automated phone trying to get a hold of someone in order to try to save them some money due to a possible fraudulent charge. They still didn't get me to the right person to take care of my issue that really wasn't affecting me at all. I was just trying to do the right thing. They finally told me someone would call me back in 24 hours. I feel like they wasted my time when I was just trying to help them get their records right. I tried to do them a favor and got tormented as a result.
