I'm a Sr. on limited income, they gave a deal for $ 30/m for 1 year. After the year it went up to double. They wouldn't back on the new price, but they gave a land line (phone) foe $ 4. extra. I took it because with solar flares coming all of our satelites and electric grids will be fried. All and all they are good under their corporate skin.
, Facebook's CEO, is pushing for free Internet which is the way it should be, the costs of providing them are not that high-it's a gold mine for providers.
Dish has a scam, they ad TV for $20.99 + $14.99 for internet. When you call they are quick to send the installing man for TV; when you asked about internet they say: "Oh no, we don't have that service in your area." When you start saying: "But the ad said....." youi'll find you talking to yourself because they hung up.

The CSR I spoke with was extremely helpful. I didn't have a long wait to talk with a representative. She immediately figured out the problem, walked me through the steps necessary to reboot my router and modem, and within 3 minutes our service was fully restored. Excellent when you are running a business that relies heavily on internet access.

telephone service person was attentive polite and answered my questions promptly. she arranged for me to get a new xfinity wireless gateway, and waived the fee since i am a disabled veteran. it was mailed to me, and they paid the cost to mail the old one back. installation was easy.
i am very satisfied with this contact. overall, despite what you hear elsewhere, i have been very happy with

Required two visit. The first service tech said he had fixed the problem but the Internet was still down. I called a second time and this time it was truly fixed.

Installation Smooth.
Workedout a deal in terms of price for a two year contract, which I was okay with, since I am in IT and had to have an Internet Provider no matter who it was.
Webberville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
is the fastest, most reliable and with a two year contract also a very very reasonably priced service option compared to the quality of internet service and availability.

Interesting answer I was told that it was due to a earth fault somewhere in the houses power supply and they couldn't do anything yet when he left and till this date we have had no problems. Think he did something and didn't tell us for some reason.

The connection is fast and reliable. The E Mail service is frequently updated so I have to relearn how to use it. That is the only part that is not to my liking. The email changes are mandatory and done without consideration of the customer's feelings. Other than that, the service is good and there is no other provider that would be better.

When technician finally arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, well supplied with equipment and efficient. However, getting him here was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in some time. The people whom I dealt with on the phone when I ordered the service seemed unable to deal with the situation. After making 3 appointments and failing to keep them, I spoke to a supervisor and finally had the appointment kept. When the technician arrived, we found that the person I had originally dealt with had shipped defective equipment. fortunately, the technician had a supply in his case, and substituted it.
The following day, the supervisor called to see if all was OK, and gave me a reduced rate for my services to make up for all the trouble

I find it very hard to rate the service, as a number of people were involved.
Iwould rate the technician and the supervisor highly, and the telephone operators low.

We bought our new house in January and immediately started transferring services from our old house.
Webberville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
was one of the services. We had previously used

for internet and television. We got online and were able to move the services just fine according to the online program. When the scheduled appointment arrived, the service person came out, knocked on the door and told us that he was unable to put in the services because our property was "unserviceable" and that it would be two weeks to six months before we could have service installed. We contacted customer service and after an hour long and abusive (on their part) conversation we were told that they would send someone out the following week to install services. This process continued every week for 3 months. Ultimately we ended up contacting the corporate office and they told us that the state of new mexico required special permits where our house was located. During these conversations we learned that our house had had services before but that the equipment was out of date and could not be used. Ultimately, we decided to go with Dish network for our television. We had it installed in a matter of a couple of days and without issue. For internet, we increased our data on our cell phones through Verizon. The day after we set up Dish,

contacted us and stated that they would be coming out the end of the week to install internet. The service representative installed the internet in about an hour and we have had it since. The internet is dreadfully slow at times and
Webberville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
is virtually impossible to get any service out of. They continually blame our house or something that is always unrelated to them. They have yet to follow through on sending someone out to check out any problems. However, due to limited providers we are now stuck with them. I really don't recommend their services.

Technician was very helpful once he was able to get scheduled after I insisted a visit at home to try & rectify problems; he certainly was the only one who knew what he was doing!!! Modem was replaced without delay.
