I tried to remove my credit card information from this website. It tells you it takes 24 hours to reset, yeah 24 hours later, right back to the information you tried to remove. I cancelled my account. I will not do business with a company that won't let me remove my own credit card information.
The best part Ancestry is owned by a 4.7 billion dollar investment group, think they are going to worry about customer satisfaction or whether the website actually works? Nope they listen to the stock analysts not customers. Stay away from this greedy company to avoid possible risk of fraud and possible damage to your computer system. Thanks to their dishonest support staff and beta software they lost a ten year customer.
