"The actual wireless service is good. Customer service can be quite lacking in people skills and manners. I have been with them 5 years, and most of the CSRs are" rude and short with you, never admitting a wrong, especially and a few others whom I don't remember. Some are very good however. , a supervisor, is very good and shines out above her coworkers, so ask for her if needed.

" (aka RWSI) is plagued by poor management, poor internet delivery, poor customer service. I've had continuous problems getting them" to provide dependable internet quality to allow my VOIP to function dependably. Much of the time, I have to rely on my cell phone. Recently, RWSI upgraded their firmware and dumped internet service to their entire customer base ( 2015). Customers were unable to call or email RWSI to complain or ask for service. RWSI performed an equipment upgrade (October 2015) and again dumped their entire customer base with no internet service. Again, it was impossible to call or email for help. Some service was restored in 30 hours, other customers were without service for about a week. RWSI simply has no backup in case of equipment or software failure, has no method to notify customers prior to upgrades, and technical support takes weeks to schedule an appointment.

I waited all the rest of the day but no service was ever activated. Contacted customer support without any positive result. Was promised call backs multiple times by 6 different agents over 6 days and never once received one. 6 days later I am still without internet service, and still being told "tomorrow" . It is ...More totally abysmal that a company can act this way and still be in service. I asked for a manager's contact information multiple times and was told that that information can't be given out. So there is no accountability whatsoever and customer service can tell you whatever they want. I can't in good conscience not let others know how appallingly poor the service is and how frustrating their customer care is.

Service was fine until I moved. I returned all the equipment in the box they provided. 6 WEEKS later, they told me they didn't get a receiver back. It was too late to disprove this allegation, but they debited my credit card for the $133.
I got an explanation from several people they didn't notify me of the allegedly missing ...More receiver for 6 weeks because that's how their billing cycle works. Obviously, their focus is their system, not their customers.

After going into the website to get bundle pricing I ended up having to call. I was hoping this would be a process that could just be handled on line. When I called the number supplied on line they said I needed to call another #. When I called that # I was transferred yet again - It seems like it should ...More be an easy process to get a price quote considering it is a potential sale. When I finally spoke to the person I needed to, or thought I needed to, she could barely speak English. After about 20-25 minutes of me having to repeat myself I finally said I had to go and asked that she call me back. I did get a call back, but she had absolutely no idea what was going on. She continued to tell me that high speed internet was $29.95, but I wanted to include cable as well. I finally had to say "you have no idea what I am trying to tell you and I decided to take my business elsewhere". I've had trouble with this company in the past as well. On two different occasions I had to show my receipt showing I returned my modem because they claimed I never returned it. I should have known to not even try to do business with this company again. I called Midcontinent and got excellent customer service, by someone who could actually speak English. They are already scheduled to come out tomorrow for installation.

Horrible customer service. This used to be a better cable company, but not anymore.
1. On hold for extended periods of time.
2. once you get through they hang up on you.
3. unable to troubleshoot even issues.
4. can't understand CS reps due to very heavy accents.
5. repairs ...More are not made in a timely manner or made at all

We subscribed to ATT in March 2015 and since then we have never had a solid internet connection. We have the best Internet package available. When we signed up we were promised that by then end of the summer they would upgrade this area. They have not. Numerous neighbors have the same issues. Every time I ask ATT their customer ...More support says they don't know or how we can find out from more info. We have had numerous service calls and nothing has worked nor have they stated they would resolve the issue. I have had Microsoft address the issue and they told us we have intermedit internet. As an ATT service tech told us even with the grade of Internet available in this area I should be able to do Microsoft updates and check emails etc. This I cannot do. It took a week just to do updates and I'll get a group of emails at once that are days old. We would like them to resolve the issue and have a single point of contact instead of dealing with a different person every time.

I lived in Knightdale NC and had for internet service for my time in Knightdale. I had to relocate out of state for job reasons and made the mistake of not taking my modem to an actual store to return it. I contacted customer service and received an address to mail the equipment to. I sent it UPS and received confirmation that ...More it was received. I thought that was the end of it until I received a call from a collection agency. This agency started calling and called every day! They even called my relatives!!! I contacted customer service again on 3 separate occasions and was told a ticket would be opened to locate the equipment and I would receive a call back from their equipment escalation department. I never received one and to keep a call and to keep these people from calling my grandmother I finally paid the money. I'LL NEVER HAVE AGAIN....I'LL DO WITHOUT INTERNET FIRST.......

We use and a lot of their things were bad but in the past a couple of months the dealings we had with them were significantly more satisfactory. This past week, it wasn't like you are on hold for half an hour and then they tell you we will call you back which has been in the past which makes me crazy, it wasn't like ...More that the last couple of times that I talked to them. The cost monthly is very high to me it is way too high. They were effective and reasonably efficient in dealing with the problem that I had. I have been using them for at least 15 years. If a friend or family member asked about them then I would say that they are expensive, very, very expensive. They were overall good. We have been using them for years.
