"I am a diabetic and she takes great care of me. She's great. My diabetes has been out of control and my primary care physician couldn't seem to get it" under control and I went to her and I now have normal levels. She has a big practice so when you call, you usually can't get in the very next day, but she's trying to get me in a study because I'm retired and she's trying to get me in a study that will pay for all my meds to help me financially, and I think that's great because I have difficulty paying for all of my medicines so I appreciate her for that.

-Linda H.

"She was almost an hour late. At first she sent another doctor to see me who was clearly incompetent. Eventually she showed up. She was very dismissive of my concerns," which later turned out to be real. I would not see her if you were interested in your well-being.

I went because my OB/GYN sent me. I have a pituitary adenoma and he wanted to see if it was growing and causing thyroid problems. She saw me the first time and wanted blood work and a brain MRI. I had the same problem getting the notes to get the referral. I never got the referral. I went back and forth to their office. She saw me a second time for the blood results. Even though they were not good results, she told me I was fine and blew me off. She told me to come see her dietician. She had no bedside manner and she didn’t really listen to me. So I did not get very good treatment. They were not bad with availability. The office environment was gross in there. It was dirty and the place was falling apart. I just paid my

. When I saw I wasn't going to have enough pills till I got my new prescription I called the office. Spoke to her Nurse. I asked if there was a Protocol for Innvocata. She said NO. I said fine I only have 2 days left. I can just get them filled at Walmart so I won't run out. I turned my script in. When I went back to pick it up. The pharmacy said they needed a Pre-authorization for this Medication. Also my DR needed to call it in. So I took down all the information . called Drs. office and gave it to them. Three days I waited for a call back from Drs office.
I finally called and asked about my prescription. They said. "Oh Dr

I have been seeing the doctor for about 1 year. She is a fabulous doctor. I have been a diabetic for over 40 years and she has been very rational. She is current on all medical practices in her field and very professional. She will spend as much time as you need with her and makes you feel comfortable about your situation. She is sympathetic, expects good things from you and believes you can achieve it. I see her at her secondary office which is an extension of a clinic. She is associated with a hospital distant from us but her clinic office is conveniently located to me. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The nursing assistants are prompt, efficient and professional. I have had no issues getting in to see the doctor when I need.

Overcharged and misdiagnosed twice! - In late 2013 I had a chronic, choking cough. I was referred to

pulmonary clinic. The nurse practitioner reasked all the questions that I had answered on the questionaire about my condition, gave me a bunch of scripts for allergies and told me to try them all and see if anything worked, had an "educator" teach me how to use an inhaler (I've used inhalers longer than she's been alive). None of this helped. Then I went to an

I spent over $500.00 in medical charges and prescriptions, and more in lost work and time over nearly a year. I will NEVER go back to any branch of this practice and hope you don't either - for the sake of your financial OR physical health. I

He does a very good job. I've recommended him to others. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time to talk to you and explain what he's doing and why and what the problems are. I would definitely recommend him.

I was never able to get a hold of anyone unless I went in and waited. I also never spoke with a doctor, just the PA

. My diagnosis was never clearly told to me. She said my thyroid was average but wanted to put me on armour thyroid medication as well as progesterone. I asked her about the dosing, keeping in mind we wanted to get pregnant and she was going to have me take it everyday. Taking progesterone daily like that could inhibit fertility. When I asked her about that she said she didn't know and needed to call a friend who might know the answer. At that point I decided not to go back to their office. When I made that decision I got a bill in the mail a month later for more than a thousand dollars. When I called to ask about that, they said they were not in network with my provider and hadn't been for awhile. I tried to explain that they had called and verified my insurance and that I was covered, which was why I'd only been paying the copay. I later when and looked at other reviews and figured this must be a shady business and they've changed names a couple of times since opening since then.
