Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of the job. I have 4 full time employees and use professional, qualified contactors for electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Typically estimates are free unless I have to spend many hours meeting with Architects,City representatives, or performing inspections to validate stucture feasibility. In these cases I charge $50 per hour plus materials. I can provide a 10% discount for Angie's List Members and have a referal program where the customer can earn gift certificates.
