"I have used

4 or 5 times to clean up viruses on my PC and laptop devices. This time I had them build me a robust PC and transfer all my files from the 6 year old PC and 3 year old laptop to it. The pricing included a knowledgeable person coming to my home for the final install. Everyone is very polite and patient with customers. Sometimes tech guys can be so snobby. Not here. And the pricing for the new PC was excellent

the national chains, and included lots of help I wouldn't have received otherwise. Think of the time they saved me transferring my I tunes library and 1000s of family photos, etc.! I am grateful.
"Provider showed up at my home very promptly, was available same day I called for help. While performing checks on my computer, he was texting someone, then answered a call from his "significant other" which lasted approximately 10-15 minutes. He talked with her about chocolates, final sentence to her was "I'll pick up dessert". I consider this very unprofessional, very rude. He then asked to take my computer home with him to finish the repairs, and I agreed.
When he brought my computer back, he stayed for a little over an hour, said all was good to go. Later that day, I went into my email account only to discover my address book was empty, and computer would not allow me to send messages. The next day, by remote, he made it possible for computer to send messages however could not restore my address book. He had no explanation for the address book being deleted, had no idea how to restore the address book entries. He did discover a way for allow me to recover address, move them to address book.
He offered no apology, did not offer to give me any money back for the inconvenience.
I will NOT be calling him again.

"They found my Canon 190 printer was missing a part. They said they would order it. They didn't. After several calls from myself it was apparent they hadn't looked for a part and didn't intend to. They said I just needed a new one. I had already bought a cartridge after they said they could fix it. I asked them to recommend a new printer. They said they'd research it and get back to me. They did not. When I first placed the order, I told them I wanted Netflix streaming set up. They never addressed this. They told me if I had problems with the NeatDesk to call them. They had also set up a link so they could get into my computer and help me without coming out. I did have problems with it. I called them for tech support. They said they'd have to research it, cause they didn't have the manual and get back to me. They never got back to me or tried to get into my computer from their end. After two weeks of no tech support and a lot of frustration, my son (who incidentally was a previous customer, a friend of theirs and had sent my business to them) called and asked them to treat me like any other customer, no better and no worse. Still no returned phone call from them so I went to return the NeatDesk.

acted very stiff with me. They said they'd have to charge a $50 restocking fee. I decided I could not trust these people to refund my money so I left. I tried, again, to get the NeatDesk to work. No go. I called them on the 14th, within the 30 day period for returns, and left a message. They did not return my call. Basically, they said they fixed the printer in the invoice, they did not. I still do not have a working printer, Netflix, nor can I operate my NeatDesk----all the things I retained them to do. If I were a large business, I am sure I would have received better service because they would want repeat business. If you are a single woman, disabled senior citizen....forget it.
"I emailed the tech support people at the company. At first things seemed pretty well. They understood my concerns and answered my questions the "best that they could". I then contacted them about actually getting the service as the price seemed very reasonable and was something that sounded good. I was then told that they could not provide service to me as there was a line of sight problem. I just don't get that if I have a neighbor that uses it. The gentleman that talked to me was an officer in the company and acted like he had nothing for me. I understand that you provide a great service but you shouldn't be rude to customers that are trying to find out.
"Broke the screen on my Ipad and found these guys on Google

. Popped in and spoke with the owner. He was really helpful and friendly. Quoted the repair just as advertised on the internet and offered to repair while I waited. A handful of customers came thru while I waited and all got the same friendly service. Great experience."
"My old PC sort of BLEW UP in August 2013 being totally unknowledgeable about such things- I Panicked! A friend checked Angies List and read me 'reviews' about Mr. Ed

was really nice and delivered the computer to my place of business. My wife was really excited since it was a Christmas present for her. The computer was a really nice ASUS Laptop. My wife was very happy and everything seemed like it was going to work out, until my wife got hit by a virus. At that point she needed to reload her operating system. Unfortunately, her computer did not come with a Windows 8.1 disc, so my wife called

and explained to him what had happened and

told her that he did not have a Windows 8 disc and that she would have to contact ASUS, the manufacturer, which my wife did and since the computer is still under warranty, they said to go ahead and ship it back to them and they would put a new hard drive in it and load Windows 8 for her. That is all fine, except that she will be without a computer for close to a month (which is unacceptable) and we still WILL NOT HAVE A WINDOWS 8 DISC.
So, I finally bit the bullet and went online and purchased an OEM copy of Windows 8.1, so that my wife can reload her system and get operational again. I had to pay $100 for Windows 8.1 and I am not too happy about that and that is mostly why I am writing this review, that and to tell people to beware if you purchase a laptop from some guy and he does not give you a disc with the OS, then chances are he doesn't even own one himself and you too will be on your own! I hope this helps someone out there who is buying a computer in the

"We are very happy with the service we received. From the first meeting through the delivery of the product,
Oscoda Laptop Computer Sales Provider Name Locked
kept in contact with us as he was ordering and purchasing, then building the new CPU. The finished CPU was delivered in a timely manner, and once delivered,

spent the necessary time to set it up, being sure we were comfortable with the product, and answering our questions. Also, he did not rush away, being sure we knew how he could be contacted for any further questions or problems, and making sure we understood what was included in his guarantee of his work. We are happy that we will have one year of tech support and hard drive support from

"This is an unnerving experience which required too much supervision for me to think of them as professional. They did not call ahead of time as they state they will to confirm delivery date and time; nor did they send an email. I finally called them; and they stated they were scheduled to deliver to me on "X" date between noon and three. They showed up at 8:30 a.m. They brought both appliances in, but did not bring the power cord for the range. They told me you had to buy that separately - not kidding. I called their offices on the spot (the drivers would not wait for me to speak to their company - but did have time to sit in their truck for several minutes after they left my home). The offices simply repeated what the drivers told me and stated they'd send me a $50.00 gift card for the inconvenience. They have not sent the card....... I ended up having to locate a power cord and someone to finish installing the range. Altogether, I won't buy anything else from them unless I speak with someone to confirm I have ALL the parts.

"He does what he says he will do. He is calm, professional and delivers. I would not hesitate to use his service again for any of my IT issues. Top drawer!!!! I visited both his location and he also came to my home. Thank you
