Business Description: Hoard: A hidden accumulation [of items, objects, etc] -Webster Dictionary CLEAN SPACES is a new service designed to create usable space in areas of the home or office that are currently prohibited from use due to excessive retention. Because people generally tend to collect more than they can use, it often results in an over accumulation of items and/or material in garages, basements, spare rooms, or even at the office. As an added component, CLEAN SPACES offers staging services as well; this is the arrangement or rearrangement of furniture in the home or office, tools in the garage or shed, or strategic placement of storage bins. Recommendations on how to stage retained items or storage bins are given at initial consultation. We strongly encourage the customer resist the temptation to keep too many items since it re-establishes the practice of hoarding. CLEAN SPACES will clear the clutter and even provide you with tips on how to keep the space clean! Once the space is cleared, we perform a general cleaning which entails sweeping, dusting, and mopping if necessary. Any additional cleaning is extra. Our free initial consultation includes a needs assessment and planning session. Because each job is different, true cost estimates can only be made at the time of evaluation – although there is a 4-hour minimum. The amount of items and/or materials you have to remove will ultimately determine final costs. The customer has the option of having us remove the materials or to allow for pick-up by local bulk services if available. This is also additional and is dependent upon the amount of material to be removed. All work is pre-determined and coordinated before the contract date. A partial deposit is required.
