is the most caring doctor. Who knew there were dog eye doctors.
My service dog was having trouble seeing and she put him on the right drops and after three years he is still working his job.
I she gives excellent care and always refer people to her.
Her staff is very nice and always greats you at the door.

took wonderful care of my dog. He always answered my questions and treated me with respect. His office staff were also very caring and supportive when it was time to put my good friend to sleep. They always tried to make every effort to keep dogs that were a little more aggressive away from other pets in the waiting room. When I adopt a new dog I will definitely be going back to
for the care of my pet.

has been our vet for four and a half years. She has taken care of our cat and my service dog. and we will never go anywhere else. We refer them to people often.
With out them my service dog would of died. We brought him in real sick and they checked him over ran test and set us to the emergency vet hospital where they diagnosed him to have an an enlarge heart. They sent us to Tesax A & M who put in a pacemaker.
With out three Rocky would of died. I am grateful to all of them.

It went amazing! The vet and vet assistant were courteous, friendly, and well equipped to deal with all of my dogs. They were efficient, and took care of all of my dogs within a very reasonable amount of time. It definitely saved me time and hassle, since they come to your house. My dogs loved the service, and they will even come into your house to help keep nervous dogs calmer during the exams. They literally have everything they need - it is a mobile surgical unit as well as a vet clinic. I will definitely be using them for my dogs' dental work, vaccinations, and all future treatments.

Spot is a 10 year old male cat who became mine when no one wanted this handsome kitty while I was fostering him and trying to get him adopted. Due to his early life, he has never welcomed strangers and is not willing to get into a carrier to take him for vet visits. A house call vet handled him for years (with quite a fight), but due to apparent dental problems, I thought he should be seen at an office where they could do the dental work.

is great because the 'dog threat' is not an issue, the office is convenient, and in a pinch, there is a mobile vet available. The vet and a technician checked him out and suggested what shots were needed, and since he does go outdoors, flea and deworming treatments were also on the list. His remaining teeth are not good and he has a gum infection. The vet said it would be another visit and $400 to have his teeth removed. The people in the office were very professional and gracious dealing with my nervous cat. Spot may never appreciate going there for a visit, but he will certainly feel much better when his dental problems are over.

I brought my 6-yr old completely healthy Golden Retriever in for dental cleaning which I have done on a regular basis with the vet who previously owned

. This was my first visit with the new vet. I dropped her off in the morning and went to work returning at the end of the day to pick her up. She was still so sedated and lethargic, she could barely walk. Every other time she had had her teeth cleaned, she and my other dogs had recovered within an hour. I could barely get her to walk after a few hours at home. I called Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
, told her what was happening, and she came over to my house. She administered a drug to reverse the effects of the sedation. My dog became violently ill within minutes. I had to rush her to Animal Emergency. After they examined her, the doctor came to tell me that she had never seen a dog so over-sedated in her practice and that they needed to keep her overnight and administer fluids to flush it out. When I picked her up the following day, my poor dog could not even swallow water or eat without immediately choking and vomiting it up. I brought her to another highly recommended veterinary practice and the vet I met there examined her, took x-rays, ran some tests and determined that her esophagus was so badly damaged during the intubation from the breathing tube for the dental cleaning that she needed to be brought down to Texas A&M as they have doctors there who specialize in a procedure to open the esophagus up, much like an angioplasty. Upon arriving there and the doctors examining her, they reached the same conclusion - her esophagus was so damaged that without the procedure, she would not be able to eat normally. She had already begun to loose weight. I stayed there with her two weeks while they performed the procedure 4 times after which the esophagus had to scar over, then be reopened in order to allow her to swallow. That hospitalization, 4 surgeries, plus my expenses for the duration only cost me $6000. She can now eat, but I still have to make a pudding like mixture for her in order for her to swallow 3 years after this episode. I am reporting this only now as I just joined Angie's List and finally found a forum where I could air my grievance. I feel better already.

A stray dog was dropped off in the neighborhood on June 9th. She was a small white dog that was not friendly towards people and did not show any interest in food. After taking her to two other vets in
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
for shots and estimates to try to get her feeling better, I took her to
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
. Due to not knowing her age, a potential adoptive family backed out of getting her due to her condition. She badly needed her teeth cleaned and extractions. My vet, at the time, does not do dental X-rays. I was concerned of the cost . Howeveand since I was told up to 10 extractions needed; I also did not want any unnecessary teeth pulled. No one would want a pet that is acting so sickly so I decided to have
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
do her teeth cleaning. After getting her teeth taken care of, she has been eating and acting much better. After verifying with an X-rays, a total of 4 needed to be removed. All, but one was

extractions. One had an infection in the root. She still has a small tumor on her belly which

helped us figure a plan to get this taken care of soon, as well. Today, she is a different dog.... Very happy and showing much more of a personality... Still afraid of people, but doing better each day! Thanks to

I've been going to Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
for several years now. A regular vet office visit was always very stressful for my cat, so I needed to find an at-home option. we've been doing regular check-ups, shots, blood-work, urine samples, etc. in the comfort of my home which greatly reduces the stress and anxiety on my senior cat. Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
is always very thorough and explains everything in great detail so you are able to make the best possible decisions for your pet's health. The price is obviously higher for in-home care than at a vet office, but I still rate the price category as an A since we are receiving great care and service for the price. My cat and I are glad to have Dr.

in our corner - it is easy to see that she truly cares about you and your pets. I highly recommend

Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
has been our
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
for several years now when our last
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
left his practice. We called initially because of the convenience of house calls but the quality of service is next to none. Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
is responsive, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable. He also lets us know in advance when he is going on vacation so we can schedule what needs to happen intelligently. When our dog
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
was put down after suffering from cancer, we were able to schedule a visit in our home and say our good-bye's in our home, without taking her in a car to a strange place. And our other animals were able to smell her and know that she was gone (which we heard is a good idea so they don't 'look' for the missing friend). And Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
took her away so we didn't even have to deal with the body. Also, for those who are price conscious, his prices are completely comparable if not better than our last
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
(and that includes the extra cost for the house call). Other services he provides are less than our last
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
(with zero 'up-sell') and more than make up for the nominal fee he charges to come to our home. He was educated at one of the best veterinary schools in the country,
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
, and really knows what he is doing. Dr.
Mason Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
is a consummate professional and we are very grateful.

Visit went very well. The assistant came in and took my cat to the van. 45 minutes the doctor and assistant
brought him back in. He was a wobbly, but he did eat within half an hour. The doctor explained what he had
done and how to provide after care.
And I know they will me in a day or so to check on his condtion.
