"We had a new dishwasher installed by another vendor. When they had completed the job they used a standard connector to go from the new dishwasher to the water pipe." During that process the connector stopped working due to residue that was in the system from the old dishwasher. Thus, it was no longer useful. The vendor said that he didn't have another connector in the truck and inquired if I would have any problem in getting a replacement. I said I would. After that job was completed I got to thinking that to save my time I would just call
("AG") to come out and replace the connector.

I realized that this whole thing was my mistake and that I should have just told the installer that they would have to replace that rather than me. But I didn't! My mistake. I called back the installer to let them know that I should've asked their service people to replace and that I had no complaint. Thanks

Called the provider for an appointment. He was willing to come the same day, but I was not available. We agreed to an appointment a couple of days later, and he was on time. He diagnosed the thermostat issue, said he could order the part, and it would take a couple of days. The initial appointment and diagnosis was a Saturday. When I had not heard from him by the following Friday, I called and left a message. He called back and said he had the part. He agreed to come over that same day and replace the thermostat. He arrived at the agreed to time, and he replaced the thermostat.
It has not been long since the repair, but it seems to have fixed the problem.

I have been doing business with Bush Appliance since 1999. I have purchased stoves, dishwashers and refrigerators for two separate homes from Bush. I also purchased my freezer, washer, and dryer from them. The fact I returned to them for appliances when I purchased my second home speaks for their excellent service. On the most recent visit to my home, the Bush Appliance repairman was prompt and called me about 15 minutes before arriving as requested. He replaced the broken drawer and adjusted another part that was not operating correctly. He was very professional and courteous. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job, taking away the shipping materials. This was the second time we have had this particular repairman over from Bush Appliance. Previously he came to fix a problem with my front loading washer. On that visit he cleared a filter below the washer drum clogged by small pieces of rubber backing that came off of a throw rug I had laundered. He showed me all the little pieces of rubber in the filter and recommended I inspect my rugs before laundering. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the problem and to help me avoid unnecessary repair costs in the future. Bush is a top notch operation with focus on good customer service. I wish every business I dealt with was as professional and customer oriented as they are. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The provider was called 01/05 and arrived as scheduled on\ 01/08. He was not able to repair the unit as he needed to order a part which he stated should be the on 01/12 or 01/13. They would call when it came in and schedule a return trip. We called twice to find our when they would return. They did not return our calls until 01/20 when they scheduled a return trip on 01/22. We had talked to our HSA (home warranty company) and they wanted to talk to the repair man while he was at our home. (This is a normal request for their coverage.) This is a Father/Son business as they advertise and the son made both trips to our house. The son did not want to talk to the HSA and asked that we allow his father to take care of that. The son stated that he would have his father call us THAT DAY 01/22 and take care of the insurance. We have called back on 01/23 and 01/29. The lady takes the message, but no one calls back. We should have only paid the deductible, but we paid the whole bill. At this point we are assuming we got "stuck" with the entire bill because the repairman isn't going to talk to the HSA and/or us because HE HAS HIS MONEY!! We would not recommend this repair company or use them again.

Balanced the spin cycle on the water machine and everything works great.

Our 9-year-old refrigerator left a big puddle on the floor the night before last. My husband had tried to fix it, thinking it was either the icemaker or the defrost cycle, but was unable to figure it out.
