was most accommodating and came through with a short turn around time. His 1 1/2 - 2 week window was indeed 9 days from the time he took measurements to installation. He was prompt, professional, and true to his word. He paid a great deal of attention to things like how we wanted ends treated, notching in around a refrigerator end panel, and the pattern of the grain continuing from the top up through the backsplash. We appreciated his attention to detail. Installation was quick, well executed, and without incident. It was refreshing not to have to badger.

"Met with
for an estimate, he explained in detail the work that would be accomplished and sent me an estimate a couple days later. Work included taking walls down to the studs, replacing the drywall, and application of Hydroban waterproofing, then tile setting. His co-worker also named
does excellent tile work and the finished product looks great. Complete job took three weeks, a little longer than I had anticipated.

"We had a small project (less than 15 square feet) that Lowes would not do. Through our painter we were hooked up with
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. Wow! We were treated like royalty even though it was a small project, you would think we were buying hundreds of square feet. The folks were very knowledgeable and were dead on the estimate and the delivery deadline. Although this remodel was very difficult,
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was a bright and shining spot in the process. I would definitely use them for any future work.

"I had a complete IKEA kitchen done by CME contractors. THEY were amazing. I was advised not to get the countertop through IKEA because they took so long, but United took even longer! I called three weeks ago and they told me 10 days. I called a week later to check to see if we were on schedule and was told to talk to or email
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. I emailed and got no response. I called back in two days and left a message...still no response. Finally, Lowe's called me to ask if it was installed yet and I explained what was happening. They took it from there and I just got it installed today. The two Hispanic men who installed it were clueless about how to deal with the cooktop and told me twice it wasn't going to fit. I had to show them it would...twice.
It's a beautiful countertop, but washing dishes in my powder room sink and rinsing out the coffee grounds in the yard with a hose for a month sucked.

"After researching just about every tile and home improvement store in the western suburbs, I found
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to have the best customer service and selection of tile for my entry, bathroom and family room fireplace. I designed and installed travertine in my entry and one bathroom. I recently hired, at their recommendation,
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
Interior Construction to repair a damaged bathroom and reface a 40-year-old fireplace. Both jobs were completed quickly with very beautiful results.

No matter how many times I am at the store or how much time I spent in the store, I find every employee to be courteous, professional, knowledgable and very helpful. I do not hesitate to recomend them to anyone looking for wall and floor tile.

"I can't say enough great things about
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
Blackburn and the crew at
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. We were referred to TCF by a builder friend.
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
responded immediately to our email, scheduled an appointment to come check the job site within a few days and worked with us to solve a big problem -- find a remnant for one small section of the design so we didn't have to buy a 3rd slab. He was great! His crew came out to measure for the template, involving us in the process to ensure we were getting what we wanted. They arrived on time, installed the counter tops, adjusted, caulked, CLEANED UP, and said "Thank you". They have been great to work with at every step of the process. I would recommend

to anyone looking for a professional, timely and friendly provider.
(Once the kitchen is complete, I'll come back and post a few pics).

"I was extremely pleased with the service. I believe my granite, when installed, was not sealed properly and therefore showed water

and had a purplish stain left from a red onion.
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
& Stone not only sealed my granite correctly, they were able to lift the stain out of the stone! They left a compound on the stain over night, but left me with instructions and materials needed to either A: seal that section if the stain lifted overnight or B: treat the area a second time if the stain remained after first treatment.
I couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend them to my friends and family for similar services.

"A professional, headache free experience from beginning to end. The salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful with a number of suggestions and actually listened to some things I had to say, unlike the diva at a competitor's store up the road, whose "my way or the highway" approach to customer relations drove me out the door. Every date was adhered to at
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. I was asked to come in before the slab was cut to help place the templates, which was very helpful. The guys who did the installation were probably the most efficient crew of workmen I've ever had in to do a job at my home before. They were prompt, cleaned constantly as they went along, and the foreman was helpful with advice on care of the granite and several other things. The foreman also removed without an issue the broken garbage disposal a plumber had disconnected at one end the day before, but was too lazy to take away. The job, for a 50 sq. ft. kitchen, which included the sink installation, took around 2 1/2 hours. Aside from the hole for the faucet, nothing had to be recut or adjusted on site. The measurements were done perfectly, and there's not a visible seam anywhere on the counter. And one big surprise was the sink. It is not the thin, tinny and cheap feeling sink I thought I'd be getting. This is one that has some density to it, so when you rap it with your hand you hear a thud, not a tinny,

type noise. The kitchen was left spotless. The B
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
I left on the price only reflects the square footage which was added after the template was prepared. I know that due to
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and layout, some extra footage has to be ordered. I still can't conceive though that my condo kitchen needed 51 square feet of granite, which brought the price from 2,400 to 2,800, but nonetheless the price was decent, especially compared to a couple of other quotes I got from competitors on J&C Blvd. This price did not include a backsplash installation, which I'm leaving until a later time. But based upon my experience with this company, I will undoubtedly have
Madison Heights Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
do the backsplash when I'm ready. I recommend this place highly.
