knows his stuff, and is full of interesting tidbits about the current state of home entertainment. He is very personable and likes to talk, but works efficiently even while maintaining a conversation. He went right to work on each of two visits (he had to come back after we decided to replace the speakers) and just kept at his tasks until they were done.
Charges for labor are strictly by the hour, and
's time worked out pretty close to what he originally estimated. His charges for parts appear reasonable, and we are very happy with our new
speakers at $160 for the pair.

They worked on the wiring inside and the turntable It would not even make a sound before. They also cleaned the needle and did not have to replace it. Now, it has beautiful sound. And, they were able to get it done before my husband passed away. That made him very happy. I am very pleased with this business and all of their employees.

Home Theater Installation reviews in Madison Heights

, First, they called a good 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were 15 minutes out. Second, they were actually a few minutes early for the appointment. Then they put shoe covers on so as not to dirty my floor (which if you had seen my floor you would have known they really didn't have to bother. They did have some paperwork to sign, which they explained. They were very careful with the furniture, connected the appliances, tested them, showed me how to work them, thanked me for my business and they were on their way. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and most important (to me at least) they treated me with respect.

Communication and scheduling were difficult. I think he was having personal issues that took priority, which I can understand to a point. Almost from the get-go he told me that the $100 Big Deal would not cover my installation when I described it to him (new construction install in drywall with electric/HD cables pre-run to the install area). He came to inspect it and I asked for an estimate. He said he would get back with me that he had to research the best way to hang my TV (a 65" model that had been hanging on a Costco extendable

at my prior home). He said he would need to skin the area with 3/4" plywood since the builders did not set the electrical boxes at the right height. I asked him for a cost and he said he would send me pictures and get back to me. The pictures never arrived, and I could not get a firm estimate from him beyond that it would cost me another $300? $400? dollars and not sure if this included a credit for the big deal or not. I was willing to go ahead even then, but neither the pictures nor the estimate ever came through, and after a couple of weeks I gave up. I picked up another Costco

and a friend and i were able to install it ourselves with no problem in about an hour.

was great, the kind of service person you hope to get to help. He fixed the sound problem on our home theater and then cleaned up the wiring and improved and simplified the operation of our TV, satellite and internet services. I am recommending him to our friends.

It was a non-standard installation. The studs in the wall are 24 inches apart, and they are metal.

used special anchors to ensure the TV wouldn't fall, and doubled up on them to ensure the TV would stay affixed to the wall. Even though the install took an extra few hours to finish, due to the complexity of the mount,

charged the original price he quoted. To demonstrate the durability, he hung from the mount himself.
He was extremely professional and a very neat and tidy worker.

is just the greatest. He is professional and knows what he is doing. Not wanting us to wait too long for him to come he made a special trip in the evening. I love his mother as well who is his assistant.

came out to set up some of the wiring for our television, audio and gaming system in our new home. The previous owners had left behind some of the set-up so we just needed

to come out and set everything up for us. When scheduling the appointment we had to wait a little while before they could come out as they were booked for a little while. But, once they came out they were great.

was our contractor that came out and explained everything very clearly, made sure the system was set up to work best for us, and answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend their service. We have been enjoying our surround sound setup.

The owner,
Madison Heights Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
, and one helper showed up on time and proceeded to quickly and efficiently install the wall mount that I provided.
They did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. They did supply power, HDMI, and optical cables as part of the television installation The price, $25, was reasonable.
They were more than willing to work around the clutter in my living room. I was very happy about this.
After all of the work was done, they did a thorough clean-up of the installation area.

I had tried to fix the PC but I am used to the
