The business has flourished because Dykstra’s is dedicated to providing exceptional service with Christian integrity and honesty. Since 1984, Dykstra’s Hudsonville has grown into a 10 bay service facility with 8 technicians and 2 service writers. In the fall of 2008 we opened our 2nd service facility in Byron Center and in January of 2011 or 3rd service facility was opened in Grand Rapids. “Our primary goal is to build relationships with our customers that far exceed their expectations.” states Jim Dykstra. Jim continues, “We strive to make the experience of interacting with us one that leaves a lasting impression of confidence and trust.” Dykstra’s Auto operates with the knowledge that our customers are relying on us to provide solutions for their transportation needs.
