I called to inquire about the services offered and pricing, and was emailed a very thorough and detailed estimate of what would be done and general information on the radon system. I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner and the installer was courteous and professional. He went over the options and was unable to install the fan in the way we thought we would be able to, so we went over options to complete the job another way which I feel worked out even better as far as placement of the fan. Overall I am very happy with this provider. I am going to send the retest for radon in today, so I don't have those results yet, but I don't foresee there being any issues with this.
was very responsive and helpful as well in email communications regarding payment, etc.

Overall it went well and the system worked very successfully, bringing our radon levels from more than 11 to 0.6. The job went pretty smoothly despite some minor miscommunications. The job began more than an hour later than promised, but the worker did call ahead to notify us he would be late. Also, the job took 1 and 1/2 days rather than one day, due to a large amount of wood flooring that had to be removed from the crawlspace first. The worker was not aware of this ahead of time, and there was some miscommunication as to whether the owner or estimator hadn't notified the correct parties. The second half-day went faster with two workers instead of one. They were courteous and tried to stay quiet, as kids were napping during part of the job, and they even notified me ahead of time of any loud impending noises. Overall a good experience.

was a complete professional. He took time to explain the system and how it worked and made sure I did not have any questions. The installers were not the person I had spoken with, but were also professionals. They ensured that they kept the house clean - it was muddy outside. Once they were finished with the installation, they left no

of dust behind. They again asked whether I had any questions regarding the system or how it worked. They left behind a radon detector to measure the average and current measurements for the 72 hours after the installation. I was asked to take the final measurements 72 hours after the installation, place the unit in a plastic Ziploc and they picked it up from my doorstep. I was able to pay using Paypal or credit card. The only difficulty I had - nothing to do with the installers - was making sure that the doors/windows stayed closed for the 72 hours after the installation. Normal usage was fine, but you aren't supposed to leave the doors/windows open during the test. With kids in and out of the house on such a nice weekend, that was tough. Make sure you plan ahead when scheduling.

Pat did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the property. Took the time to explain each observation made whether good or bad. Was thoughtful to involve my 9 year old son in the process by allowing him to do minor checks, turn light switches on/off etc.

First, everyone that entered my home acted in a completely professional manner. Very courteous, always punctual. Very neat and always cleaned up any mess made. They also went to great lengths to make the system inconspicuous, placing the pvc pipes as far out of the way as possible. Initially, one crew came in and spent the better part of the day putting in a complete system. Then, when the radon test came back a little higher than expected, a second crew came out to do some follow up work and tweak the system. Then, when that did not yield the improvement hoped, they sent out their trouble-shooting specialist, Bill Soshay (?). Bill worked very diligently to find where the trouble-spot preventing our hoped-for progress was, and, fortunately, he was able to find the culprit: a large void under the basement slab. After that discovery, we got to where we wanted to in terms of the final radon reading (2.1). Bill was great, as were all the guys before him. While things did not exactly go smoothly, insofar as it took a few attempts to get there, they were very responsive and finally got the job done.

did not duck my calls or make excuses; rather, he continually promised to do what needed to be done, and did just that. Most folks hope never have to use the services of a company like this. But if you do, choose SRR with confidence. I hope never to need their help again, but I would choose them again in a heartbeat. Well done.

was excellent to work with, especially because the job they did on my house had a couple of surprises. When they came to bid, they were great about explaining what the install would look like on the inside of the basement and the outside of the house, and they worked with me to cleverly figure out a way to hide the fan under my back porch. This reduced both what could be seen and heard after the install was complete. They also routed the exterior vent pipe along the side of the house in a way that it would be

The initial install went very smoothly, but when they came back a couple days later to check the radon levels, they were still too high. So they had to add a second suction point through the basement floor next to the plumbing stack and connect the exhaust to the initial suction pipe. This did the trick, and they did not charge anything extra for it. Very soon afterwards, I realized the fan was not running all the time like it was supposed to, so they replaced it quickly. Everything has been running well since then, and I'm very happy with their work.

Every part was excellent. After hearing a description of our home, he gave an accurate bid over the phone.
All parts of the installation went smoothly and fairly fast.
Everything was explained very well.
Post test was immediate and levels were reduced from about 7 to 0.5.
The system also works well as a dehumidifier.

Went perfect. They had to work extra hard to get the slab penetration installed in a very cramped heating/AC closet in my basement, and again to snake the 4-inch pipe through the floor/wall into the garage above. Work looks very professional, they were on time, did not mind me watching and asking questions. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

came out to do the estimate and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional, too. I got 3 bids, and theirs was not only the lowest cost but also the one I was most comfortable with. Whole job took only about 4 hours and everything was cleaned up at the end.

After contacting two other companies unsuccessfully, I called
Honor Radon Mitigation Experts Provider Name Locked
and they came out the same day to meet with me.
The owner was very professional and thorough and assured me that the system would do the job. As promised, a well-written and detailed contract for my approval came that day and the work was done as scheduled....More /> The guy who did the work was thorough, neat and polite.
Best of all, the test that was done after the system was installed came back with radon levels that were 0.2! Not bad since 3 earlier tests put the levels at between 11 & 17. I am amazed and thoroughly satisfied.
