"The reason I am giving him a fair rating instead of bad, because, since this was a bargain, I should have paid directly through Angie list, when he came to our" home and stated I did not request the same service on the phone that I was requesting now. That should have been a Red flag. I told him on the phone, I call Angie and they were recommend verbally because my computer was down , I was able to print the bargain for Quality ad, which including all the things I needed repairing, he was coming to honor the advertisement. I thought, the ad listed some of everything. He told me this was his business and he knows what he have to honor. I phoned him the next day and he stated, I need to bring it over because he told me it might not be working if I had more viruses to come up. H e requested I bring my computer in to be fixed and He would not give me a price because it depends on the work that had to be done. I phoned Angie List back and stated what happen and was given someone else to contact to resolve my issues, they are much cheaper. The cost is not only cheaper, but the work is guarantee that if it can't be fixed you will not be charge and the virus was completed repaired, the email is working. I am not sure if they make house calls. I am please with the new other computer service I received.

"I requested to have
as the technician to service my computer. All of the staff are probably technically competent but
" was so awesome the first time I referred back to my
of "If it isn't broken don't fix it." Besides, he tolerates my silly, at times sarcastic, and technically a nincompoop, personality. Who could ask for more than that? But I wouldn't waste my time writing a second review if he didn't do something which I thought set him (or possibly it's the company's philosophy) apart from the rest. After fixing a couple problems on my To Do list,
began to install Windows 10 on my PC. It sure is a good thing that he knew enough not to do this first as it took well over an hour and even though he stayed past his scheduled time to depart (not too too much longer boss) in order to see if it would finish loading, it didn't. As a result a few things didn't get done because nothing can run simultaneously when this is being done. While we were waiting for it, so as not to be just hanging out,
asked if there was anything else that I needed worked on. He showed me how to use the tablet which he set up for me last time. He even helped me to take new speakers out of the box to see if I finally bought the right set up for a multi-CD changer/player (I didn't.) and then he used his own cell phone to check websites to see if he could find me some speakers that might be compatible - since I struck out twice at this task already. When
was leaving he said he felt like we didn't get as much done as the previous visit. That was true but it wasn't his fault. He offered to set up a time to have me call in when he would be scheduled to work in the office and he stated that he would try to complete the remaining tasks remotely. Thinking back to my employer's
support service (in Far Far Away very warm temperature land) and how long it has taken to accomplish the simplest of tasks with my work tablet, I just laughed to myself. I knew my slow HP laptop wasn't his fault so I said I would probably just pay to have him come back for another hour the following week since I was not likely going to be of any assistance in helping him to accomplish anything with my computer remotely. Fortunately for me he was very convincing and so I graciously allowed him to save me some money in trying to avoid a repeat visit for the remainder of the same job. This guy is amazing - he can get my computer to do things from a distance that I can't get it to do if I stood there with a hammer over it! In less than an hour on the phone, he finished up my computer To Do list and (knocking on wood) it has been running great! Thank you

Computer Repair reviews in Coloma

My elderly mother needed her Apple computer desktop reconfigured. It is
HUGE! The biggest monitor they make if I have it right.... Anyway I
brought it into the Bridgeport apple store and they set up her gmail for
me. It had been with Quest - Century Link but she moved into a
retirement community and they had Comcast. I didn't like the way Comcast
set it up but it worked ok. Just not convenient for her because it was
not what she was used to. When you're 87 you can't make too many
changes! It gets to confusing for the WWII generation. We had to
download and install Yosemite because her operating system was from
2009! We couldn't even get Adobe Flash anymore! The Apple store didn't
have the 4 extra gigs RAM we needed for such an old computer. So, I
decided to call someone to make a house call. No more "hauling" her
enormous computer anywhere and no more hassles. I looked on Angie's List
and most of the computer people work on personal computers, not MACs. I

applications that I didn't even know about that I can use on my

laptop. (I'm a boomer) The computer now has the NY Times as her home
page instead of Comcast's home page. Yay! We learned how to use a voice
dictation application, how to use ICloud with our photos, etc. I didn't
know all this because I only got my Iphone 2 weeks ago. She doesn't

is Fantistic! I am a student, so my laptop and software programs are critical. He took my call on a Saturday morning, and while we were setting up an appointment he said, "Let's take a look right now." Of course I said OK! He remotely accessed my system, reassuring me as we went ("It's really not so bad"). Even if it had been worse, his words and manner went a long way toward calming my anxiety. Via remote he searched and worked for quite a while restoring my system. The final downloads were going incredibly slow for some reason, but again he reassured me that it was not an issue. While waiting he answered a few questions about programs and backups that I had. It became apparent the download would be creeping for a while - he asked me to call or text him when it was finished so he would know things went well or he could jump back on the problem. Wonderful customer service! So much better than Microsoft - they just bounced me around the world, and finally told me I didn't need one of the programs I was trying to restore for my classes (Microsoft Office ?) Why call the

I had tried several things and was unable to completely uninstall my antivirus program in safe mode. I called Deep blue computers and left a message on their voicemail listing off what I'd tried and inquired if they had any time to look at it. They called me back and said I could bring it in, but to try one thing first. That thing fixed the problem. Thank you very much for your advice and honesty. I will definitely hire them next time around.

The first installer came a week earlier and realized that my system needed more time to install so he scheduled the second installer who did the work. He took me through my paces with the new equipment, explaining it thoroughly, and cleaned up any debris from the boxes. Great service! I will use them for all my it work in the future.

right away, and he offered to do a complete check of the computer again, but he said that it had worked perfectly in the shop. He then suggested that the problem might be with Windstream, my internet provider, but he stressed that he was quite willing to check things out again himself, if that was what I wanted. I called Windstream the next day, and, long story short, they were definitely the problem. That situation was eventually resolved, and now everything works great. Again, I can't say enough about
