"The technicians at
Gadget replaced my shattered iPad touch screen in less than a day. It works perfectly afterwards. They are courteous and" competent. I definitely encourage others to rely on them.

"BEWARE-This business does not stand by their repairs that go wrong!!! I brought in a 3yr old 55” plasma that lost it's picture and paid $450.00 to repair" it. One of the video boards went bad and needed to be replaced. The unit worked for 3 weeks and then no picture again. Took it back and was told that the same video board went bad again and it was covered under the very small warranty (30 days labor & 90 days for parts) offered. Upon picking up the set the owner (
) assured me that it was very rare for something like this to happen and that he also installed an upgrade to the board so that it wouldn’t happen again. Guess what? After 75 days no picture!! Again loaded up the big TV and drove 30 minutes to
Audio Electronics for a third time and dropped it off. Was told that the same board failed and that the 90 warranty clock began with the first replacement board and thus no warranty and I would have to pay for the repair AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Told the owner no thank you (
’t want to have to pay for another repair in maybe another few months) and picked up the TV and other then saying hi he said nothing. Not I’m sorry this happened again etc… This business has either a bad supplier of parts (which they should address and stand up for their customers) or they are repairing the boards in-house with cheap parts and over charging with the premise that they are replacing the boards. The shop is very small and dirty looking so they must be operating on a shoe string budget. Very poor and expensive customer service experience. This is not how you run a business and treat customers.

at the provider was very responsive to our dilemma. He explained options/solutions, which I have described above, and gave us price estimates for them. We dropped off the phone around 11 am on Day 1, we got it back around 11 am on Day 2!

My GPS was refusing to charge, turning itself off an on unpredictably. My model is three years old, but carries European and Canadian maps, that I don't want to

quoted me $45 plus postage to effect a repair, did it within ten days and the device now works perfectly. Not just convenient and cheap, but also does my bit in saving some landfill and yet another device being shipped in from China.

Charged a very reasonable $40 diagnostic fee, got back to me within 24 hours with an estimate to repair, and had the TV ready for pickup the next day. Kudos for communication and clear explanation of the problem. Would definitely use these folks again

After dropping my receiver off, I waited and waited and never heard anything after 10 days. Then I started getting stories that there were parts that needed to be shipped. Then I heard that the parts weren't available from that supplier so he would need to use another supplier. I could never get an answer and never a call back so I simply stopped by the house and knocked on the door. Stacks of supplies were on the front porch from UPS for weeks at a time. After almost 6 weeks, when I threatened to file suit, I was told the receiver would be ready the next morning (I had to stop by because there was no answer to my phone calls). It was actually another day and half before it was ready. I insisted that he plug it in to see if it worked. He did that and it seemed to work. I brought it home and immediately hooked it up. After 10 minutes, there were sparks and the receiver went dead. I called on the phone but there was no answer. I left a message on the voice mail. I drove back to the house and knocked on the door repeatedly over the course of the next week----no answer. I never did hear anything back and ultimately I threw the receiver away and bought a new one.

is the pinnacle of ridiculous customer service (non-existent) and incompetence. 2 months and still no receiver and no replies. This is a business which should be shut down if it isn't already. On the plus side, at least he only took me for the $20 diagnostic fee because he told me to take my receiver and make sure it worked before I paid him. I think he knew it was going to blow up again.

I had to replace my DVR. A neighbor and I tried to hook it up, but it was in a cabinet and was hard to get to. I called

one evening and he was able to stop by on his way home the next evening to hook it up. He was very accommodating to my work schedule even though it made a long day for him. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him the next time I run into problems.

I took my iPad Mini to this merchant to get the cracked screen repaired. My iPad Mini was working and the battery was charging perfectly fine before I took it in for repair. After this merchant “fixed” my cracked screen, when I got home I discovered that the battery wouldn’t charge anymore. I went back to this merchant to give them the opportunity to correct the problem. They told me I needed a new battery and it would cost me an additional $80 for it. I had already paid $133 for the repair of the cracked screen and now they wanted another $80 for a new battery. I wasn't going to give this merchant another penny. A brand new iPad Mini is $250. Also my discussion with the owner,

H., got heated and he started yelling at me in front of my kids. Reprehensible customer service. Now, I have a non-functioning iPad Mini on my hands. The condition is worse than when I first took it in to this merchant to be repaired.

I originally had the glass on an iPad mini replaced and the
original job was OK. Just OK…the screen had some dead spots but it generally
worked. After 4-5 months the repaired glass came off and I brought it back to
be reattached.
I was charged again for them to reattach the glass which was
only needed due to their original poor workmanship. Having to pay $30 for them
to fix their original mistakes I thought was poor service.
And I was told I’d have to spend another $180 for another
screen if it comes off again.
To summarize, they will fix your product poorly, then won’t
stand behind their own work. Spend 50%
more and replace your device… at least it will work properly.

I went to the website and tried various ways, for over an hour, to get this number unblocked. The only thing I could find was a page on their website that wanted to charge $30 + dollars to get help with this problem. I couldn't even locate a phone number to contact anyone. And as it stands, I still cannot accept incoming calls from my daughter whom I accidentally blocked.
