seems to have NO customer service department. Callers are placed on "hold" by an automated answering device. The recorded message" plays a monotonous tune over and over, with a voice-over telling the caller that "someone will be right with you." I started calling them about 1 month ago, to get clarification on the directions for collection of a specimen to be delivered to them for testing. I was on "hold" for hours on end, regardless of the day or time that I called. I tried faxing them, to no avail. It seems that Lab Corp does not hire anyone to answer the phone. Weeks later, my sample was delivered to them anyway, without "Customer Service" to provide clarification. The office was not well-staffed. They had one person in the office, collecting samples and handing out kits. The week after I dropped off my sample to Lab Corp, I called my doctor's office for the test results from Lab Corp. I was told that the report came back, "Unable to read" and "not useful" but no indication as to why. I spoke to 3 people at my doctor's office, all trying to find out WHY it was "not useful" to the lab, but Lab Corp would not answer the calls from the doctor's office either. I've been trying for the past 2 days to reach Lab Corp at both local (210-614-3806) and long-distance (800-800-4838) "customer service" phone numbers, but nobody will answer - just VERY LONG hold times with obnoxious message that "someone will be right with you." After about 20-30 minutes hold time, the call disconnects and I must call back to repeat the same cycle. After a month of this frustrating "game," I finally gave up trying to reach a live person in "Customer Service," and I called their Billing Department, thinking they would gladly answer the phone regarding money owed them. Sure enough, I got a live person to answer, only to tell me that I had to talk to my doctor's office for results. I explained to her that the doctor's office has been unsuccessful in trying to reach them as well, despite repeated phone calls and faxes from the doctor's office. The billing representative just put me through to the same "customer service" music & recorded message, which hangs up on you after 20-30 minutes of holding. I cannot find anything from Angie's List or Better Business Bureau on this company, but something is very wrong here. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business. After hours and hours of hold time, no one to answer their phone, disconnects by their answering machine, and no response to my (nor my doctor's) faxes, and no results from my "lab test," I am left to seriously doubt the legitimacy of this business. I am about to call my insurance company and see if they paid Lab Corp. I hope not, because Lab Corp has not done what they were contracted to do for me, and will not communicate to me nor my doctor's office what is going on. "I received a bill for test that should have been covered 100% by insurance. When I called the phone number on the invoice it did not belong to them and the poor" lady on the other end was very tired of getting their calls. This phone number, 317-881-4163, does not belong to them and is the only number when I googled their name. Just wanted to report about the phone number, I have no problem with the employees or service at this lab. Now I will have to find time to go to this lab and straighten this out.

"A house I'm remodeling, built 1964, had pop corn ceilings. Also, had 3 layers of vinyl in the kitchen, which had to be removed. I went to their website, followed their instructions. Per their instructions I took one floor sample. For the pop corn ceiling sample, they wanted 3 scrapings from 3 different areas or rooms. I packaged them up, and took it to their lab (home). There's a sign in the flower bed, and there is a drop off box by the front door. They had a form to fill out, then drop the sample into the box. I was not in that big of hurry, so requested the 5-day turn around, which was cheaper than the 24 hour service. 3-4 days later, I received an email with the results. Pretty easy and painless.

I called them twice after I received the results and they were super helpful in answering my questions and going into details plus giving me directions on what I need to do for inspecting other hazardous material or mold in my house. I talked to their specialist on the issue and he spend a good deal of time to understand the issues at my house and provided helpful suggestions. He understood my concerns and in the meanwhile he was making sure that I don't rush to order further unnecessary tests that would only cost me money. Therefore, he instructed me to do some initial tests including humidity test in the house using a reasonably priced off-the-shelf equipment before paying them money to do a professional test. I really enjoyed they professionalism and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

Didn't take very long. Saw nurse practitioner. Longest wait was for flu test results and paperwork/prescriptions. Was out of work at the time and using cheapest (high deductible) health insurance available. My insurance company paid $309 and I was billed the $922 balance! It turns out a typo had been made, and the wrong prescription was put in. They fixed the problem, and were apologetic. I still had trouble with the new real prescription, and I ended up going back twice to be re-evaluated. This was MY issue, not an issue with the quality of their work/service. They re-tested and tweaked my prescription both times and put new lenses in both times. (Part of their 30-day guarantee.) I appreciate their patience. The only drawback on this location (
