"My experience with them went good. It was after a surgery and I had other things going on. I didn't really get what I wanted, because I really wanted surgery," but we both end up agreeing that surgery was not a good idea, because it might affect my shoulder and hand.

"Once we were seen the appt went great. The staff is VERY friendly. The only downside is the incredible long wait in the waiting room after you've signed in.

On average, a patient spends less than 15 minutes with his doctor on any given visit. With so little time to address health concerns, it's important to be prepared so you can get the most out of each meeting with your physician.

She's seen the same guys twice. Its a big group. They're very professional. The doctor was very nice. The doctor who was there was pleasant. He explained everything. We didn't have any trouble with getting an appointment in seeing this guy. The building is very nice.

He’s good. I’ve been to him 3 or 4 times now and he’s a good doctor. I was told that he’s one of the best down here and he did a good job. He’s just professional and friendly. My cardiologist is there and that’s why I go there. He’s in the same office. 3.30 to 3.38. He’s fine with availability. The staff friendliness is fine as well.

You are allowed only 10 minutes with your doctor/NP and if you have severe and or multiple problems that you are dealing with or have to deal with for the rest of your life then you are offered an additional 10 minutes with your provider. Which equals 20 minutes total. Sometimes a patient needs more time with their provider to explain what is going on and or how something is not working. Sometimes that is not enough time. You spend most of it trying to explain while it is obvious the doctor is rushed and in a hurry to see their next patient. |Slightly disappointed with this but have no other choice as this clinic is the only clinic that will except my insurance.

Conducted hearing test and said I needed hearing aids. I had a second test done by a reputable testing site, the result was I didn't need hearing aids.

was very nice! She made sure I understood everything before the surgery. It was a quick surgery and I did not have to go to the hospital to have it done. She did it right in the office. I was given a diazepam before the surgery to calm my nerves, but it actually had the opposite effect on me. I was nervous throughout the entire surgery and because of the increased nerves I thought the surgery was more painful than it should have been. Dr.

told me the recovery was really quick for the surgery (1-2 days), but it took me much longer to fully recover. Despite being uncomfortable during the surgery, I am glad I had it done! It worked great and I no longer get sinus headaches!

Dr. Heiland used a tiny camera on a flexible wand to inspect the inside of my throat. He painted a pain-reducing substance on my throat before inserting the camera. He examined the video and told me that my thoat irritation was the result of acid reflux, and recommended a change of diet. He recommended a book called Acid-Alkaline Diet for Dummies (and he assured me he did not think I am a dummy). Since the reason I consulted him was for a diagnosis rather than a treatment, I was happy with the results. He and his office and very personable.

My oldest son is 30, so we've used him about 33 years. we've had 5 kids see him. we've had tubes in ears, we've had tonsils, we've had adenoids, we had one with some pretty major ear surgery.
They are just efficient. They are very efficient and sometimes I do have to wait longer than I would like but not always so it's hard to tell.

Still seeking a second opinion by another group just to be sure my diagnosis is correct; the second opinion is very different from this opinion and i felt that the second group offered more information and insight into my problem.
