We are situated in the small central Maine town of Monmouth. Monmouth hosts the Monmouth Historical Museum, as well as beautiful Cumston Hall, home to the local library as well as the Theater at Monmouth. The clinic was named by founder Dr. Lawrence Buggia, over 20 years ago, for the beautiful Annabessacook Lake, one of several in the Winthrop Lakes Region.
