Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
and his office were excellent. His staff was very friendly and professional. They got me set up as a first time patient quickly and when I met with Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
and I was very pleased. He was very friendly and engaging. He explained everything he was very thorough in his work. He also gave me some great suggestions to keep my teeth in good shape between visits. I was very happy with the whole experience and look forward to seeing him again. "
"I absolutely love Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
senior and Junior. I would recommend them to anyone who is sick of having sub-par dental work done. The issue I have is with the front counter receptionist who refuses to address the fact that I am not receiving statements. Everytime I go they tell me at the window that I own on my account and I tell them "really?!" I never got a statement. Then come to find out they sent my account to collections who by the way never contacted me so I KNOW they are not processing my information and billing correctly. This has caused me to stop going to see them. I don't know what else to do except hope to see Dr B in Giant or something and talk to him."
"I usually don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the hygenist (after appt time). I have had services from two hygenist and both have done a thorough job and are pleasant. Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
always looks at the xrays and checks my teeth. He is very kind, thorough and skilled. Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
made a crown for me about a year ago and it fits well i have not had any discomfort from it. "
"He started with the hole in my upper palate and from that designed an obdurator that fit so well that I am usually not aware that the obdurator is in place. Fitting the obdurator was painless and he did the design and most of the actual fabrication. The obdurator is so well designed that after initial adjustments, it fit perfectly and I have not had to have any adjustments made. The entire experience was amazing. His staff is highly competent and everyone in at the office is extremely friendly and professional. In addition they provide regular dental service, which is also excellent. "

and his staff are phenomenal! Everyone is very professional and very friendly - which makes even the most nervous patient feel like they are part of his dental office family... my son actually enjoys going to his appointments! Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
takes time to go over all specifics for his orthodontic plan at the 1st consultation visit and he is very reasonably priced. We have had about 4 visits so far, and we are very pleased with outcomes to this point... just as expected and on-track with plan."
"I became a patient of Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
?s in March of 2008. Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
seemed very knowledgeable and reasonable. But in one sense I had an uneasy feeling about Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
from the start, as I felt that he was not fully listening to me as a patient. During my visits whenever I would voice a concern or a question, Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
would rush to reply, sometimes without fully understanding my questions. Additionally, when Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
worked on my teeth, he was rough, which often caused undue pain and discomfort following treatment. Despite these negative factors, I decided to stay with Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
as I perceived him as very competent and confident. I felt that a little pain was not a big deal if the work done on my teeth would be good in the long run. I also liked Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
?s staff, who were knowledgeable and accommodating. As it turned out, what I initially perceived as confidence and competence would later turn out to be arrogance, but I would not know this until much later. I have even given feedback to Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
about my experiences and he was receptive, but he never truly changed. For example, to avoid the pain, he just gave me much more anesthetic, but still did not take care to be more gentle. My feeling is that Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
has not been attentive to my feedback (e.g. on several occasions when I told him that something was wrong, he would not fully listen to me and just rush to reply without fully understanding the concern). I overlooked this for a long time, because I just figured that Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
was very knowledgeable and competent. I felt that I was just annoying him with my questions. After all, who was I to question and educated and experienced Dentist. If he says he knows the answer then he must really know it. The above all came to a head when serious problems occurred on Tooth # 15, which had first been treated by Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
in June 2009, and then repeatedly several times over the next 22 months. This was followed by a related problem in Tooth #14. Tooth #15 had been treated several times with progressively more aggressive treatments as the condition of this tooth got progressively worse. Moreover, by focusing on saving tooth #15 (a second molar) with aggressive treatments that are known to have a low probability of success, Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
was putting tooth #14 (first molar) at risk. As a patient, I would have liked to have been told about the risk to tooth #14 and I very likely would have made the decision to let #15 go if it meant that this would increasing the chances that #14 would be safer. As it turned out, in March 2011 Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
performed a filing on tooth #14, after which I returned repeatedly indicating that there was something wrong with tooth #14. Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
all but ignored the obvious signs of problems with #14 and just continued to assume that the issues were related to #15. At this point, I decided to seek the opinion of other dental experts and as it turns out, my concern was this was validated as tooth #14 was diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis. The course of treatment recommended by Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
me to experience significantly higher expenses, pain and lost time than necessary with both tooth #15 and tooth #14. These treatments have caused me to exceed my annual dental insurance maximum and incur significant out of
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
expenses, to the tune of $2,188. Additionally, it is likely that tooth #15 could have been saved had a root-canal been performed on it in 2009 rather than a filling. In 2011 I stopped using Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
as my dentist and switched to another provider (with whom I have been happy ever since). I wrote to Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
explaining my situation and requested assistance with my out of pocket expenses. I contacted Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
directly with this request, instead of using the legal system and filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry. However, I never received any response from Dr
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
or from his office. It has taken me a very long time to write this review but I hope that this helps others to avoid unnecessary pain and discomfort.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
removed a tooth for me on an emergency. I had never seen him before. He gave me the numbing shots himself , he gave me one so violently it took my breath away. When I asked him to give me a moment he said to me in a loud voice he HAD to administer shot immediately. Somehow I convinced him to wait a second, I should have got up and left then. The second shot was just as violent. After the shots took effect he came back into my room with at least 3 other girls and right before he pulled my tooth and without warning he struck the tooth ahead of it with a metal object. It hurt so bad even numbed up I grabbed my mouth and my head turned as if I had been punched. I knew right then he broke my tooth. Two months later I had to have a root canal and crown put on but he struck my tooth with such force he broke my canal. The root canal failed 2 months later, I am now in the process of an implant that has gone terribly wrong. Dr.
Fort Kent Oral Surgeons Provider Name Locked
has caused me much grief and suffering and pain.
"The office is WONDERFUL! Its a very homey, comfortable place. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. They have digital xrays and the most current technology. Before they cleaned my teeth, I had a paraffin treatment on my hands while she was cleaning my teeth. Felt like I was at the spa! The Doctor was so gentle and informative. The staff was GREAT! I will definitely be back."
"Everything went pretty good. I went in & got the tooth extracted. I didn't feel any pain. He gave me good advice for dry-socket prevention. I didn't have any problems afterward. I've referred him to a number of people who also had good results. He's also done xrays & given me referrals to other specialist."
"The whole practice is excellent. They are very pleasant, keep their appointments on time and don't waste your time. They make sure to be thorough and give you options. I respect that they do not try to push procedures. If they cannot do the work they will help you with finding someone that is close to your home. They have up to date equipment and are reasonably priced."
