We chose
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, Inc. to do our driveway based on the write-ups in Angie’s List, mainly the customer write-ups and the multiple service awards. We contacted the main office. Their estimator,
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, contacted us and set up an appointment. He was very nice and very informative. He quoted a price during our visit. He also recommended that we visit the Calstone plant in Sunnyvale to look at samples. That was a really good suggestion. Behind the office at the Calstone plant, there is a display area of the various paving stone styles and typical installation patterns. The Calstone office can provide you with a map that indicates what the names of the paving stones are in the different sections of the display. They also have samples of the different paving stones that you can take home. That was a big help in helping us pick the type of paving stones that we wanted and the pattern we wanted them to be installed. We chose the Brown-Beige-Charcoal paving stone style to complement the gray color on our house and the brown shingles and red front door. We chose the Old Town 2 pattern because it was not too busy an arrangement. We wanted the driveway to still look like a driveway that complimented the house without being the main attraction when someone looked at the house. When we made the final decision to accept their offer, we asked

to come back. We finalized the contract and he

up a sketch of how the driveway and walkway would be laid out. That was

8. The start of the job was scheduled by the main office to happen on August 11. The week before, PG&E came out to make sure that there were no power lines or gas lines involved with our job. UtiliQuest also came out to

where the cable TV lines were located. On August 11, the demolition crew showed up. Using a Bobcat, they demolished the old concrete driveway and excavated down 10 inches. The walkway was demolished by hand and excavated down 7 inches. Our main water line and the pipes for our front yard sprinkler ran under our walkway. The sprinkler pipes were evidently damaged during the excavation but they were repaired before we ever knew anything about it. After the excavation was complete, a composite sheet was laid along the bottom and then covered with foundation stone. Then they compacted the stones. Then they spent time making sure the stone foundation was level. Then they started laying the pavers and then cut the curves. They left the borders for last. The border pavers were set in concrete. Then polymeric sand was applied, compacted in, and watered to make it set tightly. The front porch was done last because it needed specially cut pavers.
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was very cordial and supportive with any concerns we had. He also made suggestions along the way that enhanced the quality of the final product. Watching them work, you could tell that the workers paid attention to detail and had pride in their work. The job started on the morning of August 11 (Monday) and finally finished on August 16 (Saturday). It would’ve been done earlier but the special cut pavers needed for the front porch were delayed coming from Calstone. Overall, we are very pleased with the results. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and passersby about our new driveway. The curved lines along the border really enhance the quality of the finished product. We’re looking forward to our next project with
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
next year. Lesson learned: If you have your driveway done, you’ll probably need to have your garage door open during the demolition phase if they use a Bobcat like our contractor did. It can get pretty dusty during the demolition phase. You might want to consider putting up some plastic near the opening of the garage to prevent most of the dirt and dust from getting into the garage. The total cost of our job was $10,150. The driveway and walkway along the front of the house was approximately 620 square ft and cost $8650. The front porch was approximately 32 square ft and cost $1500.

Now there was a delay due to my
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
approval and permits. Really no fault of Outdoor Concepts.

came for the covered patio and he was awesome. We worked together on the complex issue of the way my back area of my house is made which includes a regular 1story side and 1.5 story side with windows in between. I did not want my windows obstructed so we had to work around that as well. All I can say is WOW! The covered patio looks amazing. The guys came in and did the outdoor kitchen and put on the doors I bought. Yea I got the wrong doors and they looked awful. I texted
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
the pic he had someone come immediately and remove so I can take back to store. He offered to me doors that would look right (which I paid him for) and installed them the next day. The only thing I can say that was somewhat different is that
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
is not a person who communicates on the phone very much, HOWEVER he promptly responds to all text messages and emails. Literally I would text him and as soon as I send base we both have iPhones I can see him already responding back.

Amazingly fast work even in the August heat. We planned the design by looking at models he had in his back yard. He ordered the materials the next day. He and his crew were here early as scheduled on the first of the 2 1/2 day install. They worked hard and did a great job. I hope to enjoy our patio for many years to come.

As before, he responded promptly, provided a fair estimate of the work, and we are so pleased with the results of the new

lighting. We asked to have 3 of the lights moved since they were close to the driveway and
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
personally came to move them to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for their quality work.

Terrible! I'm going to have to pay someone else to come clean up this mess. He did not even do the work himself, but had his teenage son do the work! He did exactly what he wanted to do - not what I asked. He was suppose to grate my driveway (which is a substantial hill) and then provide 3/8's gravel. He took it upon himself to get the type of gravel he wanted - also created an 8 foot ditch (he claims to drain water) which was like having a speed bump. When I asked him to fix it - he became very angry and said he would bring his equipment out to flatten it back out. When he arrived with just more gravel to fill in the ditch - I told him that was not what I wanted or what we had agreed to. He again became very angry and pretty much told me it was what it was, refusing to smooth out the ditch (that runs right across my driveway). But demanded his payment. Come to find out - his young son actually did the work and believe me it is a huge mess. Now I have to pay someone else to come fix it! This man claims he has been ripped off by many customers that claim the job wasn't done right and end up not paying I see why he has this problem!

Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his crew are fantastic. The work was performed in a week, and looks absolutely amazing. The entire crew was extremely friendly, and
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was always answering questions for us. Small details that we didn't even think of were addressed at every step of the way, including the total reconstruction of a rock wall on our property line. The work is absolute top quality, and we'll definitely be back in touch for any future improvements. Highly recommended!

There are not enough wonderful things I could say about
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his crew!!! The drive looks amazing. The design was done to fit into the historic neighborhood I live in and the constraints of a small space. What was impressive about
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
is he treated my small driveway job the same as a large job. He was always attentive and professional. The craftsmanship exceeds all expectations. The team was also very considerate with clean up, dust, and ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area. I have already asked him to put me on the schedule for March for the backyard. I would recommend
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his crew hands down, above all! As a side note, I met with 5 hardscape companies before selecting

I selected
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
after discussions and estimates from four other paving contractors and I am most happy with the results. The level of detail provided in their initial description of services to be provided was much more thorough and descriptive and they did exactly what they said they would do from the preparation phase through clean up. I found, in every sense of the word, both
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, Sr and his son,
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, Jr. to be most professional and very easy contractors with whom to work. They were immediately responsive to every observation I made during the execution phase of the contract. They certainly get my vote for being a highly professional, dependable, reliable firm with whom I would do future business.

They did a good job. But the path didn't go around the one corner which I had originally requested. I supplied the pavers and he had trouble figuring out how many I should get for the job. Needless to say, I had
Brunswick Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
than 800 left over. Maybe because the path was shorter. Had to call and pay $65 for Lowes to come and haul them back. The work was very well done, and it is built to last. They had to haul some of the dirt off, and they cleaned up nicely. Even planted grass seed.

They did a wonderful job transforming the front and side yard of out home. We had ivy growing all along the front. The crew removed the ivy and replaced it with a great choice a shrubs. They built rock edging and also replaced a stained concrete block retaining wall with mountain stone. They made sure that all stone work was done properly and built to last.
They did a lot more than I am listing and it all was very well done.

Card was always prompt and on time. He told us what to expect, how long it would take and he and the crew kept their promises. He has even called several time since completing the work to make sure we were still pleased with the work (which we are).
We were surprised by the number of neighbors who drove by, stopped and complimented us on how well the job looked.
It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend them.
We are still enjoying the flowering Gardenia that he planted in June that is still blooming. I pick a few blossoms every few days, bring them in and set them on the kitchen counter.

I would give them an A+++ if it was available.
