Business Description: Alford Homes, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company for the past 26+ years. We take pride in offering the highest level of service, no matter how large or small the new construction or renovation needs. Serving Carroll County MD and surrounding areas, our estimates are always no charge and no obligation. We have operated our business from the Westminster area the entire time we have been in business and have a wide customer base and are always willing to give referrals from our past customers. We have always had a great deal of repeat business from our many satisfied customers, who we are very grateful for their continued support. We have several subcontractors whom we have dealt with for most of our time in business and you can be sure that any electrical or plumbing needs will be addressed with a reliable subcontractor who also stands behind their work. If you are interested in having a written estimate after the initial consultation, that will also be no charge except in the case of needing some type of architectural drawings done for the indicated work. If after consulting with other contractors, you decide to hire us, a contract will be drawn up and upon signing, usually we require a 30% deposit. There is a 3 day rescission, in which, if for some reason you change your mind, the deposit will be refunded and the contract will be null and void. Other payment terms will be indicated on the contract depending on the size and scope of the job. We are always willing to answer all questions before, during and after the job is completed, no matter how insignificant you may think it is. We are at your service, even after the work is completed, since our customers happiness with the job is our ultimate goal. We would look forward to serving all your home improvement or construction needs. Thank you.
