"She takes care of our whole family. She is no non-sense. She doesn't talk down to you and explains things. It's easy to get an appointment if there's" an emergency. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I've been going to her for a couple of years.

"I've used her for 40 years. I admire her knowledge. She takes the time and care. It's a very small old-fashioned office. She's about average with anyone else too.

I like that I can call him 24/7, 365 days a year. He has time to talk to each patient. He's very capable and knowledgeable. If there's an issue in an area where he thinks he needs some help, he'll consult with other specialists; he'll refer me if appropriate. He spends a lot of time talking to me about any health issues. I get a comprehensive physical each year as a part of the retainer I pay. I feel as though I can speak to him about any medical issue without any embarrassment. If something comes up in the morning, I can call the office and they can usually get me in the same day. The staff are extremely personable too. I typically wait 5 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

Two members of our family have seen Dr.
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
for several years. He is a great physician that listens to his patients, is personable, and really seems to care about your well being. After having not so great experiences with other doctors in Columbus, he is the only doctor I trust.

I have been seeing the doctor since we moved to Fishers about a year ago. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has a good bedside manner and will spend as much time as you need with him. He is very quick to respond if you need. He is willing to refer you to someone else if necessary. The office staff is great. They are very friendly and personable. They are efficient and scheduling is not an issue.

Dr.
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
took the time to listen to my thoughts about my health, my lifestyle and my plans for activities in the coming year. As is his usual practice, he discussed with me the best approaches to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and clearly acted as a partner with me in making medical decisions, in this case about whether routine testing made sense this year or was just as well put off until next year. He made suggestions about tests we should consider in the next two or three years but in each case stated clearly that it was his role to make suggestions but it would always be my decision to make. Dr.
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
is an excellent partner to have in making medical decisions.

Front desk staff very friendly but then it was downhill from there. Without explanation, an EKG was performed by the nurse/tech. The results were never mentioned so I assumed all was fine. When Dr
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
came in she did listen but did not seem interested and offered little advice. Got the impression that she would rather be doing something other than her job. All I gained was an approved provider to continue my prescriptions. Adding insult to injury, when I went to pharmacy realized that one prescription was DOUBLE the dosage. In a phone call to the office, I was told that I had not known my dosage (not true) so they just called in what they thought was right. Say what?!? As a nurse myself I find this inexcusable! I would not recommend this doctor. NOTE: My husband has seen a different doctor in the same office and recently one of his standing prescriptions as called in as a
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
4 times higher than he was taking. Again, inexcusable!!!

I've been going to Dr.
Smithsburg Internists Provider Name Locked
for a year, and she's great. She's very warm and friendly when we meet, I always feel comfortable talking to her, and I'm never waiting more than ten minutes when I show for an appointment. Furthermore, the clinic where she practices has online access to test results, prescriptions, and doctor communications which is very convenient.
