Window Replacement Reviews in Rockville

We had to wait for 2 months; but it was communicated at the beginning and we got headsup and there was no surprise. Once scheduled the job was done professionally and we had a good & satisfactory experience with the installation and quality of the windows.
One side note: We could've hired them for our sliding door & front door projects as well. But the sales manager at that time wouldn't honor for a small sliding door discount (it was in print) and we went with another company. They would've got more of our business had they been a little bit more flexible.

and his guys did a terrific job once the windows arrived. I had to follow up a few times about the quote and whether the windows were ordered. In the end, I would highly recommend them especially compared to the larger window companies whose rates are much higher and waste your time with presentations.

Ed from

was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From the beginning, he was very responsive and flexible when it came time to setting up the appt for the estimate. he arrived on time and the entire estimate was done in about 30 min, with a price given. over the next 10 days, my wife and i went back and forth between colors, styles of doors, etc. With each of my questions and proposed changes, Ed replied with what the changes in price would be. Eventually we settled on a standard french door with an accompanying storm door and the order was set.
About 8 weeks later, we setup an appt for the install and Ed was able to setup an earlier start time so the workers would start earlier in the day as my kids would be napping during the install. On the day of the install, the team actually showed up an hour earlier than they had planned, which was great! They went straight to work. They covered up all the furniture and moved some of it as well. They had the old door out in about an hour and actual french door was up and finished 2 hours after that. They then started the storm doors and i have heard they are difficult to install and after seeing the difficulty the team had with my storm doors, i can see why. they must have installed, removed, and installed again the same pieces of the frame at least 5 times before giving up and building a new one; but, they did not give up or take any short cuts. They were able to get it to sit just right and the rest of the install went off without a hitch. While 2 members were working the storm door, the third installer was finishing the inside work and wow was he a perfectionist! he must have spent an hour alone on the applying a bead of caulk around the molding he installed and making sure it was perfectly even all around the door. it is nice to see someone take such time and pride in their work.
while the doors did take a while to install, i am extremely happy with the rests and the door looks great. if i ever need another door, i will def be using this company again.

Getting a quote is the first

in window replacements, and it was really great to work with these guys. We scheduled my replacement for 7-10 weeks, and they came out on week 8. Perfect.
They took a day and a half. The first day (Friday), they said they would be there from 12-2 and work until around 5. After I called them at 2:30, they didn't actually arrive until close to 4pm and worked until around 7pm. It wasn't a big deal for me, as I can work at home, and didn't have plans, but it could have been bad. Before they left, they said they would be back at 7am the next morning. I'm not usually an early-riser on the weekend, but I wanted to get my windows done. One guy got there at 8:30 and the other didn't get there until almost 9. Again, not a huge deal, but I wasn't thrilled about getting up that early on a Saturday for nothing.
Onto the actual windows. They're fantastic. They did a great job on installation and were quick and very professional. I can already tell a difference in the noise from outside, and my air conditioning seems to be doing less work than it did last summer.
There is a

in the trim in my front window. I called that Monday to let them know, and they fixed it exactly one week later (enough time for the caulk to drive).
Also, I'm still waiting to get all of my warranty information (and a receipt!) over a week later. I would have preferred to have received those at the time that installation was complete.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with this group. I had initially only wanted to repair my french door, but quickly realized that it was beyond repair and Ed
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was extremely quick and flexible in setting up an appt. he arrived on time and quickly went to work measuring the door and going over the options which were available to me. 35 min later, i had a full estimate. over the next week, i went through several modifications and each time, Ed was very responsive via email for new price quotes. In the end, we ended up going with a standard french door with storm doors. i sent in the deposit with the modified contract and the doors were ordered.

Skip ahead 7 weeks and Ed and I were setting up an appt. I had specific time requirements in that i needed the crew to start as early as possible. they had told me 1030 and the appt was set. On the day of the appt, they actually showed u at 930, which was great as I had initially wanted them to start earlier than 1030. the crew went straight to work setting u drop clothes and tearing down the existing doors. in less than a hour, the old doors were out and they were cleaning up the frame. about hour and half after that, the french door was up and secured. then the fun started. it took them 3 hours to get the storm installed as they had some issues getting it to sit right, but they never gave up or tried to cut corners. after about 2 hours, they got the door in and started on the detail work. all i have to say is wow! the molding looks amazing and i swear the guy working on that must have spent on hour just to make it look right. every little detail was installed correctly, right down the screw covers.

i honestly could not be happier and if I need another door or windows, i will def be going with them.

The first repair person came to measure the window panel, took no more than 10 minutes. After the new window panel was received by
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, a second date was scheduled to install the window panel. On the day of the installation, the repair person came on time. Took about 3 minutes to take out the broken window panel, came back in about 20 minutes with the new window panel, then took another 3 minutes to put the new window panel in. The entire process took about 30 minutes, but the actually work took about 6 or 7 minutes, most of time was spent on retrieving the new window panel in the van. The new window panel looked great after the installation. Satisfied, but the service is a bit pricey after I saw how easy it was to replace the window panel.

My experience with
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night. At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken. I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows. We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us. In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision. We took a

based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night. The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
come out today to install them! The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning. There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away. We are very pleased with the overall experience with

Champion seems to use subcontractors to do the installation. They came in two stages, ours was a large job. Both subcontractors were fine. We would have appreciated knowing that the folks who were coming to put the windows in wouldn't be in a Champion truck.
Subcontractors came as scheduled, no problems with window installation, they left no mess. A glitch in the order, though--for some reason the factor didn't put the right style mullions in our windows. However, they replaced them correctly a couple of weeks later, and there was no problem with Champion doing that.
We are pleased with the quality of the windows.

It went very well. We already feel the difference in the reduced noise, temperature /energy and definitely in the appearance. The workers were professionals, effecint, and finished the work in the time allowed. The company also was very accommodating to our needs.. The quality of the product for the price, is better than is offered at Lowes, Home Depot or

. We researched a lot, and
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
impressed us the most in all aspects.. We still have work to do on the roof and along the sides of the house and there is no doubt in our mind that we will use

The site crew was very professional. They ran into a few issues with our old basement windows and had to figure out a way to make the new ones work. They came up with solutions on the spot and install was a breeze. We couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.
Rockville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, the salesman, did the original site visit and went over all of our options and choices. He too was very professional and did not push us into anything we didn't ask for. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. We appreciated his time as well.
